My order was declined for a prescription that was placed on chewy.com. I called the office with my concern and was I placed an order to the incorrect veterinary clinic and when I referred back to my email, it clearly provides the contact number to the clinic that I had initially requested to fulfill the authorization. After verifying that I did include accurate and appropriate information. I called the office a second time and was told that there was two accounts created under our name and that they could only find one account and requested the receipt for the secondary account. I didnt have the receipt available to me but after searching for it in my car, the invoice number is ****** account number 6606. I called the office to give them the updated information and expressed my concern along with informing them. I will be providing a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and was confidently told to do so .

The order through Chewy.com that the client is referring to was not sent to our clinic. I spoke to the client when he called to see why his order was declined and clarified that he was having Chewy sent it to our clinic. After speaking to a representative with Chewy.com, I was informed that the order was being sent to a different vet in our area. I spoke to the client and they said that they would remove the complaint as the service issue did not pertain to an issue with our clinic. Additionally, the invoice the client submitted was for services rendered in our clinic, not the order he is referring to in the complaint.

************************************** with Four Corners Animal Hospital performed a neuter on my cat ********************* on 9/27/22. I picked up **** after his neuter and the staff stated he did not need an e-collar and would be fine. Once I got home I thought I should go back to get an e-collar to be safe. My partner went back to Four Corners Animal Hospital minutes later and purchased an e-collar, and he wore that every day. **** began experiencing symptoms a few days after the neuter such as not eating, sleeping a lot, and having blood in his stool. My partner and I called Four Corners Animal Hospital multiple times explaining these symptoms and asked for **** to please be seen as they recently performed the neuter. ***** the receptionist said each time we called that there were no available appointments and to call back the morning after for a same day appointment when they opened. We called the morning after right when they opened for the same day appointment and they were already filled. **** progressively got worse to the point where he had an abscess rupture on 10/5/22. We immediately took him to an **************** where they performed surgery to remove the abscess. They let us know the abscess was caused by an infected neuter site, and that the spermatic cord had become infected. My complaint is that ************************************** and Four Corners Animal Hospital would not see my cat **** after his neuter they performed. I feel this emergency visit and **** having to experience an abscess rupture could have been prevented if Four Corners Animal Hospital would have seen **** when he first began experiencing symptoms after his neuter.
