I'm having a problem with finding out where my won auction lots are (***+***). Clackamas River Collectors Auction run by Nest Egg Estate Sales LLC on 06/24/2022. I received an email from them telling me 6 boxes are packed up and ready to ship of the won auction items. I received another email with only 4 tracking numbers. I received only 4 boxes about 1.5 weeks later. I received only part of my won items and have not received the remaining 2 lots #*** and #*** (to the tune of about $350 plus fees). After numerous times trying to contact the auction house I get almost no proactive emails to update me on my missing items. Only when I ask where the items are I get another excuse. No way to run a business. I would upload the emails to you (BBB) but I'm not that tech savy.Thank you,****Initial Complaint

On 12/17/2021 I won 2 lots of items in an online auction that was being run by this company. I confirmed ahead of time that they would be able to ship any items if I ended up winning any. My bidder paddle number for the auction was #***. I won two separate lots which contained various vintage cowboy books, gun books, plus several porcelain figurines and a few other items. My total I owed was $64.40, which was automatically set up to be taken out of my account by this company as a result of me winning the two lots. The actual fee for the two lots I won was $56 plus $8.40 for the internet premium fee, which totaled the $64.40 they took from my aacount. I immediately emailed the owners on 12/17/21 to let them know I live several hours away from where the auction was being held in Salem so I requested my items be shipped at my expense. I did get a response the same day not long after saying that was no problem and that they would use **** to ship my items and the items wouldn't go out in the mail until the following week. I responded to the email by saying that was fine and that I was really looking forward to receiving my items. By 12/28/21 I hadn't gotten any shipping info from the company so I emailed them again to follow up on the status of things. I got no response. I figured perhaps because of the holidays things were delayed or they were busy with family so I let it go for a bit longer. On 1/5/2022 I decided to tey to call and speak with someone who runs the business but had to leave a detailed message requesting a call back. Nobody ever called me. I emailed them again recently and nobody responded. I called again about 2 days ago and had to leave yet another message requesting a call back. I still haven't heard from the business. I got on their ******** page and made a comment on the posy from the auction I won items from stating I never received my won items and the conpany hadn't responded to me thinking they would see ************ but no luck there either.Business response
