Absolutely BS, went in for a new king ********* Found one told sales guy make sure it's firm because I have back problems. He assured me that if I have a mattress cover on it and it hurt my back I could return or exchange within so many days. Tried to sale me a new mattress cover for that reason told him I already had a heated one at home. Mattress I wanted to try was a ******* ********* Told sells rep my adjustable base I bought from Ashley 10yrs ago one side don't work asked if they able to fix was told no. Then he says would I like to buy a new base I said we'll depends if you guys take the old base , he says yes we will haul off old mattress and base. So I said ok I'll get a new base. Walking through my daughter sees a queen ***** on clearance so I said if I purchase the frame can you take apart today they said if I come back the next day it be ready for me. Needless to say I financed all of this put over 400$ down. Went back next day for bed frame for my kiddo was told no one was there to disassemble it for me and to come back in a few days. I was annoyed about that I called and called for a couple days to check on frame they don't answer phones. Finally they got frame apart 4 days later and it had scratches on it from then disassembling it. Finally delivery truck showed up couple weeks later with base and mattress, guy walks in you are supposed to have old base out of our way for us to install new one. I said excuse me, aren't you guys taking my old base and mattress, delivery guys said no we only take old ********* Here I'm irrated again told delivery guy to just keep the new adjustable base I was told my old one was being taking for free. So they bring new mattress in take old one. After about a week of being on new mattress which was all I can take it was sinking in not firm at all my back is killing me can't sleep. Called several times they are refusing to Do anything for me and no returns. The sales guy lied to me about everything.Review from Charles T

This business, does not even answer the phone. I have been on the phone several times for over 45 minutes and no one answered. I have a large order pending since May 19. This company wont even call us back as agreed. Several phone numbers on the web-sight are not even valid. I would not recommend doing business with this company. We were supposed to have our items after the middle of June. Now they say Jul 7. how many times will they delay the order. Hire people to answer the phone. Last call was finally answered one hour and 44 min. Maybe I should get compensated for my time. This business is not accredited to the BBB, but the still deserve and F rating.Review from Diane N

I ordered a sofa and coffee table on June 4, 2021 and was told it would be 12 to 14 weeks for delivery. So I expected delivery in early October. I was called to set up delivery several times and each time it was later cancelled. I was even told it was on the truck and would be delivered only to get another call saying it was sent back. then another call saying it never arrived and someone was mistaken when they said it arrived and when another person said it was returned. Since then it has been scheduled and delayed many times. I received a call yesterday 1/16 telling me it was delayed again to March 18, 2022. Since when do companies get to keep my money for 10 months without paying me interest on it. That is exactly what will happen when I cancel and get my money back.I wanted to give 0 stars but 1 is the lowest it goes.Review from Seth a.

Ordered my two recliners in August, was told it would be 12 weeks until I would get my recliners. Fast forward to today 5 months later and I still have not received my chairs. My chairs have been delayed multiple times. Was suppose to get them Dec. 23rd. Now it's being pushed back to January 23rd. At this point I doubt I'll get my chairs. I really hope I get my chairs and they compensate for their delay. Apparently the store I bought them from was privately owned, now the big company bought them and my order got lost in the transaction.Review from Jessica B

In mid-October 2021, we found a lovely dining table set at Ashley HomeStore. Our saleswoman, also Ashley, started out friendly, but quickly gave us the runaround. She told us that we PROBABLY would not have the table by Thanksgiving, but we'd DEFINITELY have it by Christmas. Fast forward a couple weeks, and we noticed that the sales receipt actually says ***** weeks, rather than the 6-8 that she mentioned verbally. We wrote it off as a mistake and kept waiting. On December 12th, I tried to email Ashley directly, but her email bounced. I then tried to call the store, but sat on hold for nearly 20 minutes with no answer before hanging up. The next day, we went to the store and asked to speak to Ashley. A sales rep messaged her for us, and let us know that "they" would be back in five minutes. I assume "they" is Ashley and her boyfriend, who also works at the store. After 10 minutes of waiting, the sales rep told us that we could speak to customer service directly. Long story short, we found out that the table was going to arrive by late February at the earliest. The dates that she'd told us were completely incorrect. Luckily, we were able to cancel and get a full refund due to satisfaction.In addition, after ordering the table, I had Ashley get us a quote for a *************************. We already had a three-piece set that we'd purchased elsewhere, and needed some new pieces for the new house. She verbally told us that they not only price match, but that if we ordered by the end of October, we'd also get 30% off thanks to the sale they were running. Her price seemed high, even with the supposed 30% off, so we got a quote from the furniture store we bought our couch at originally. Their non-discounted price was lower than Ashley's discounted price. We brought the quote back to Ashley for price matching, at which point she said she could EITHER price match OR give us the 30% off--NOT what she told us in the first place. We were pretty done working with her by this point, so I told her we were going to go elsewhere. She offered another $100 off the price match, but I had no desire to work with her anymore, not even to save $100. Instead, we ordered the couch from the original furniture store. We'd rather pay an extra $200 for the furniture store to drive 50 miles to deliver our couch than ever work with Ashley again. Perhaps if she'd spent less time hanging all over her boyfriend, she would have been a better saleswoman.Very disappointed all around. I understand delays in delivery, and I'm not even mad about that. I'm mad at the fact that Ashley (the saleswoman) verbally lied to us or misled us, or both. I'm mad that the store is impossible to get ahold of. I'm mad that the other employees at the store seemed lazy and reluctant to talk to customers during each of the five or six times we were there, and clearly don't care about their customers at all. These other reviews are pretty telling and I sure wish I'd taken a look a these before we wandered in. This was literally the worst experience I've ever had shopping anywhere. If I could give this store 0 stars I absolutely would. Let me start at the beginning. In May we went in to buy furniture. I bought a couch and picture. Seem less transaction. A couple days later I went in looking for a bed frame that would work with my adjustable bed base (remember this), and a vanity. My sales associate Ashley, told me that the frame I picked out would work as long as the base only adjusted at the head of the bed which it does. Cool. We were told **** weeks for delivery that was fine. In June I believe we got our couch and picture frame. In July they delivered my bed frame and vanity. But the people unloading the bed frame slipped and broke the frame so it had to be taken back. Fine. They left the vanity and took the frame to get fixed. They came back to deliver the bed frame not once but twice, and then when they finally did I was told that because the slats were not in the bed it would move around. Move around? It wasnt square or tightened up at all. I just had my husband bring it back the next day. So July 24th the day after it was delivered he brought it back. My lovely sales associate tells my husband what did you expect for $350? Maybe something that works? Im supposed to get a credit back onto my store card and I did initially. On June 27th. Then August 10th theres a $352 charge. I hadnt purchased anything. So I all to have it resolved. Im told they would get back to me a week goes by I go into the store and explain what happened. They said I never got charged for the bed, and that they dont owe me money. So I show my receipt, and after being told for 45 mins they didnt owe me money I finally said okay. So where is my $350 credit? Deer in the headlights look because the numbers dont add up and oh wait they DO OWE ME. And it would be taken care of. This was august 26th. Here we are September 15th I go into the store again. Im told once again Im not owed money. I show my bank statements from both cards I used to make this purchase and again after 45mins Im finally told Im sooooo sorry i made a mistake made a mistake? You have spend a total of an hour and half telling me on two different occasions you didnt owe me money. And now you see where you went wrong? I got a receipt showing my account will be credited and if its not done by the end of the money I will be taking legal action. I dont understand what was so hard to figure out. I paid $2600 you owe me $352 because of a return. How can you say you dont owe me money and wasted my time telling me Im wrong for 2 months? Im actually selling the couch I bought paying my card off in full and I will NEVER shop there again. I will NEVER recommend them again. Horrible experience. They tried to scam me out of my money.
