I was treated for a work-related accident at Kaiser West Side in ************* after the accident on 09/29/2022. I told them that it was a work-related injury in the *** Kaiser should have billed SAIF insurance instead of me and my insurance. I paid the bills but Kaiser needs to ************* and refund my money and they have not so. I have written a request for a refund but have been ignored, I have tried to get a refund through SAIF. I think Kaiser is waiting to refund me after they get paid by **** which is illegal, and it was illegal for them to bill me directly. It has been more 6 weeks since I have reached out and they have not replied. This is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

Kaiser has been sending mail to my home since October of 2020. (Please note I am not a member or patient with Kaiser) This person named ************** Does not live here at my address. I do not know who this stranger is. ever since October of 2020 I have been sending back the mail and adding to the mail that this ***** H does not live here, nothing has been done. Its now 2022 and I am still receiving mail for someone that I dont know. I should not know that this person has business with Kaiser yet I do because Kaiser does not act upon receiving returned mail instead they send even more mail and more frequently is getting so overwhelming I am feeling harassed by this agency, kaiser is purposely sending a heavier amount of mail even after its been years of me returning this mail, this is unwanted contact from kaiser and the worse part is I dont know who this person is or why is kaiser harassing me by sending me this persons personal mail. Today I filed a complaint with kaiser and got an email from a representative from kaiser named ***** stating she could not find me or the person, in my complaint I clearly stated I am not a patient nor do I have any business with Kaiser. No options for assistance or any type of effort to solve this issue or to forward the email to management instead she just said find the right agency. No concern of any sort. Nothing has been done and even when I reach out Kaiser to complain the representatives still dont do anything about this frustrating situation.
