      I had some landscaping done in my front yard, when they were removing some plants with their tractor they hit and damaged the siding on my home. this has been going on since 2021, since then it has been one excuse after another. I have tried to be patient and have always been cordial when communicating with Arne Jensen Landscaping. At this point I am at my **** end and now realize that they have been just giving me the runaround. What's really upsetting is that they removed the damaged siding and left the side of my home exposed to the elements. Every time I send an email I just get excuses and promises with no result. as an example, on November 22nd 2021, I received an email from Arne Jensen stating "I am very sorry we have not gotten this done. I is no way intentional. We lost a family member." Two months later with no communication from Arne Jensen Landscaping I sent another email to them with this response. "**** I believe I can repair your existing trim to where it will be likely unnoticeable the repair I make, I simply want the metal to match. I would be willing to do this and also give you a few hundred dollars for your trouble." I responded and stated let's get this done and over with. Four months later with no response from Arne Jensen Landscaping I again sent them an email and they responded " my deepest apologies, I simply did not receive your email from January 29th. I want to make this right thus the reason I offered money as well." Arne Jensen Landscaping that they would send a crew out "next Week to complete the job, that was the middle of may and now it is June 8th. I just cannot deal with this any longer, I have a 45 year kidney transplant that is failing of which they are well aware. I feel very foolish having trusted this company for so long. I am 71 years old and do not know how to upload documents, but I can what you need by fax if you may supply me with a number.Respectfully ************ Jensen ************

      I am writing you in response to complaint #******* filed by **** Jensen. 

      We are more than willing to remedy this situation in any way we can. Here is the back story. We had a very simple project that went well. In the process one of my guys dinged Garys metal facia on his modular home. We took the piece down and straitened it as it was a very slight bend and offered to re install or replace. **** was adamant that we get new but the problem was we simply could not find anything to match even close as the home was built some time ago. We checked with metal fab companies as I know several and we have our own machinest on staff. I could not find a product that would work or make a project that would match. I told **** this and offered to re-install and to supplement by giving him additional money to simply make it right. From his side this did take too long. I simply could not ever get a solution. We would work on it and hit a wall. I feel bad but we did try. He eventually told me to simply install the original piece which we repaired and not to worry about additional funds. We then went out and installed the metal facia as requested. I honestly believe **** filed this having not gone out to see we did the work. We have worked hard to honor our clients for 47 years. I will do whatever is necessary to help him. I did do what he asked but he is right it took too long. Please let me know how I can help as this is in your corner now.
