I hired the business to put in a new lawn.Remove unwanted soil Level yard Bring in new soil and treat for best grass growth Lay "new" sod A couple weeks after they appeared to have completed the job, large areas of the sod were dying and the sod squares were not creating a yard they were still definite squares.I contacted them about it and my concerns and *** said he'd be out to check it out and then wouldnt show; this happened several times.I then expressed how unhappy and upset i am and that i will be contacting BBB and finally, although months later, someone came out; ******.****** said it was my fault. Not watering enough; i was and have been watering as instructed despite the cost. Then it was the type of sprinkler i was using. How a sprinkler can water and most areas grass is green except a few areas i dont know, and neither did *************After much deliberation ****** said they would fix the areas but not by replacing sod but instead by "overseeding the dead areas". I agreed to try this as long as it did not compromise my lawn "and" if it did not work they would lay "new" green healthy sod in those areas.Two large areas still have no grass and my yard due to their throwing down extra soil to overseed in multiple locations is not level.I $bought a different sprinkler, just incase, and have been watering as instructed; 3 times a day.I sent ****** pictures and requested that they, since overseeding did not work, lay down new healthy sod in the bare areas and address making my "new" yard level.****** said i could go by more seed and put it on those areas.I do not feel I should have to spend more money on something i already paid several thousand dollars so it was done professionally.I want my yard level and new like i paid to have.I asked ****** if they had any intention of making this right and he replied no they do not.I replied I tried, im not being unreasonable for wanting nothing less than what i paid for.Multiple pictures attached
