      I returned a 4x8 sheet of T1-11 primed many weeks ago for a refund. Parr lumber took this return and still has not refunded me the money. I have made many calls to this business and they would not refund the money. I was told many time I would get a return call the same day and still have not had one call return to me. I request my money returned asap. There was no issue with them taking my return yet they will not credit me my money.Immediate assistance and refund would be appreciated. Thank you, ****

      I got my countertops done my quote work with a 12 bar I only did 10 I contacted **** may 25th or so and let him know I needed a refund. Have not heard from him since. I emailed several times and called him and the office several times with no response back

      Front Door and Patio Door ordered 8-28-21. Original delivery date: 9-29-21, no further updates given by sales **** ************ reached out via email on ********* response we have received the doors according to our vendor, but we dont show it checked in yet, I have the guys looking to verify that, soon as we have eyes on it I will have our delivery team reach out to schedule delivery with you". No call from the delivery team, the customer reached out ******** for an update. Phone calls weekly to ***** not returned or sales **** **** stating he would call back but did not.11-4-21 scheduled delivery of both doors, only the front door delivered. Called **** for status of back door 11-8-21 . No return call. Customer reached out via email on ******** asking for contact in the warehouse. No responsefrom ************* reached out via email ******** "I am frustrated with the lack of communication regarding our second door that was ordered and paid for on August 28th. We were finally able to track down someone from the **** warehouse to determine that the door had not arrived at **** despite vendorrecords showing it was delivered. I need to know if this door has actually been manufactured and sent to ****." 11-23-21 ****: "Confirming with the vendor now. Will let you know as soon as I can." No response.11-22-21- filled out online customer feedback with **** on their website asking for management assistancewith this issue. No response to date.12-6-21- Customer email to **** asking for an update. 12-7-21 door in and will be sent to delivery team to arrange delivery.12-14-21- schedule morning delivery window. Received a phone call at 10am that **** did not actually have our door. ***** in the warehouse, stated that despite warehouseinventory, door was not there. ***** said hewould make some calls and call back the same day as he suspected that our door was still with ORPack. No return phone call.12-20-21- email to *** and phone call to voicemail for ***** a
