            My mother has 2 specific major disabilities that keeps her on a handful of medications. This office 1. did not inform us of a Dr./PCP change. We had my mother on automatic refills with her pharmacy. I started getting texts saying her Dr was not responding to the refills so I started calling the office. I spoke to a nurse maybe 3-5 times giving specific details on her prescriptions not being filled anymore and then we were notified that her Dr no longer works there. I had been verbally told her prescriptions would be taken care of. ***** later, and multiple visits to their office, Im just now being physically handed prescription paper to hand to the pharmacy when all of this could/should have been done electronically. Zero communication for a patient thats not supposed to go without their medications. Highly disappointed and would not recommend anyone to go here.
