I ordered a new headlight for my motorcycle on May 13th. 3 weeks passed and my order had still not shipped, there was zero communication from the seller. After about 1 week I reached out to the seller via their contact page and got no response. I took to social media and messaged them via ********* Instagram. No response. Then nearly a month later after they held $170 of mine I get issued a refund, no explanation. I messaged them again via ******** and the seller reads my messages and does not reply. Terrible way to do business, all I wanted was a new DOT headlight.Business response

The customer ordered an item which was listed as back-ordered. They were unwilling to wait for the product so we promptly issued a full refund.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because it took weeks of asking for communication with you providing zero effort. It almost seemed as if you thought it was funny. On top of that you are now lying saying it was back ordered but in reality the website absolutely did not reflect that when purchased. Only after myself and my brother constantly messaging you for a week did you go on and update the website. I remember the day my brother called me and said they just updated the website and changed it to back ordered. I might even have a screen shot somewhere.anyways, Ive gone ahead and made a far more superior solution for a headlight with a DOT certified KTM style headlight / fender. It has DRL switchbacks and provides more lumens than yours, so Im happy now. It was 70% of the cost of your headlight as well.
I'm actually thinking about selling my own now just because of how unnecessarily difficult it was dealing with your company.
