I called A1 Pool and Spa and requested that they come to my home to clean my pool and change the sand in my sand filter. They came as scheduled on May 2, 2022 and asked what they were there to do. I told them that they were there to change the sand and clean the pool. They did not have the replacement sand so I took them down to clean the pool. They told me that they did not have the best tool for the job, called their office and got a quote for bringing that tool and told me that brushing the sides of the pool would be pointless as all of the debris would settle on the floor of the pool and that it would be better if they came another time with their cleaning tools. I said that would be fine, asked when they could schedule that and was asked to call their office and reschedule. I called and left a message. At no point was I told that there would be any charges as they were unable to perform the work that they had come out to do.When the office returned my call they said that they would still be charging me $55 for the visit. I disputed the charges and A1 pool called back, left a message suggesting that I talk to my husband about it and then left another message that they understood the confusion and would not be charging **** just got a **** for $184 for their service call.Business response
