I have not received my deposit from moving ou but received a bill from them for $3000 for a window not opening, dirty carpet, oven hood hole in wall, kitchen sink. The apartment needs to be condemned it has black mold inside and out the dwelling the kitchen sink /counter was collapsing from a leak and it never being changed as well as the carpet needed cleaning when I moved in and there were no holes anywhere the movers took pictures of my places before they moved me and while moving felt Ill from the mold.Business response

******* sent the attached email to the tenant, informing her that there was going to be charges as she left the property in bad condition when she moved out and also, she had a balance in her ledger and the security deposit was going to be used to cover a part of it.
******* did ask for move-in documentation and pictures to the tenant, but she didn't come back to her. We have proof of everything (pre move in condition, and move out condition). We also noted she had owed rent balance so part of the deposit is for the owed rent.Initial Complaint

Moved in May 1st 2022 **** electric wiring that is not up to code and wasnt made aware until the dishwasher broke from said wiring and it is a hazard and not a safe residence to have rented out
