Purchased a 2012 Creekside RV on Feb.23,2023 for $10,000 cash. Was told everything worked inside and was good to go! He was told (**** or ****)? Is called by both! He was told my spouse is severely disabled and would not be able to repair any kind of repairs on it. As soon as we tried the air conditioner it was not working! Had a repair man work on to fix ****** bucks. Cable ready inside equipment does not work. Stove igniter didn't work,the built in radio cd music systems volume button doesn't respond without resetting it constantly, it's volume just goes up out of control. Then the first rain hit and like a waterfall in the front of trailer it started coming apart so was able to see in between the front material and the wood in-between is dry rotted and is so bad it's has to have been way before us purchasing! Was told he has a repair guy( jc ****** we got a hold of this repair guy,was told he would call us back-but never did! We ended up calling him back only to be blown off saying he didn't when he could get to our trailer. But was quoted it would be $500.00 just to flash coat the roof only. On our further inspection of the front of trailer the whole front of trailer had come down onto the frame and squished onto the battery box lid. So we're scared to think how much we would of been charged for something happening before we purchased the trailer,way before!Business response

We have tried to help you ****** a couple of different times and also we send our repair guy out to you ** mobile repair. We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the help that we send out which is professional help ** works on trailers every day we feel that the trailer we sold you was a very nice RV and in extremely good condition. Everything we sell is as is. But we did try to help you, and you did not want to help that we provided. Thank youInitial Complaint

Bought a fifth wheel (Komfort) from **** on May 10th. Said the fridge leaked when it defrosted. Lie. Entire floor in kitchen area has dry rotted and gone parts. Said it was covered all its life. Lie. Talked to previous owner . Never under cover. Said he would come to my house and replace the shot batteries. Lie. Never showed. Said he would give me ****** for my extra cost for parts. Lie. Never did that. Now says he wants me to come there and get cash after not sending the check like he said he would. This guy is a fraud to the **** He also is operating a business at *************** in ******, selling trailers retail. No sign . Does this guy even have a business liscense? For this location ? This guy is a smooth talkin liar. If you investigate him you will see that. He provided no paperwork with his name on it or no business letterhead materials at all. Again, is this a legal business on River Road? Pay me what you said you would . ******Business response
