            **** from James Roofing gave me a quote that was very fair, but he also gave me more than a dozen references. I spoke to several of the customers, and all of them were very happy with the work and professionalism of James Roofing. These references spanned 4 years, so they weren't just a bunch of quick jobs - and most of the references I spoke with were recommendations from others. I saw 4 houses in one neighborhood, and they were done over 3 years because they referred each other to James Roofing!My story: I have a very complex roof, I suspected I had a small leak into a closet area, and suspected the venting was inadequate. **** walked me through the work they would do to correct the issues, and I was impressed. Now that they are done - I am MORE impressed with their work! They did everything they said they would, they cleaned up very well at the end, and they were polite and hard working. The sun was incredibly intense, but they worked through it and gave us a roof that we are very pleased with and quite happy with the entire experience!Our attic space was always hot, but not now. The roof was spongy to walk on before, but they added new decking and it is as solid as it should have been decades ago. The detail work with the flashing and valleys is phenomenal! I am more pleased than I ever expected I would be - and they earned every ***** I paid, and I got the best value for my money!!!
