  We looked at this motor home at WORLD OF RVS LLC ******************************************************* Zip *****. a 2019 Entegra Vin #1f66f5dy7joa12866 on `12/7/2023. We were told that they had other buyers and wouldn't hold this unless we put up a deposit. I told the salesperson this was not a sale. But funds just to hold this until we could move forward if we wanted to purchase. He agreed we documented this with a very simple agreement. We placed a total of $5000.00 dollars to hold this until 12/15/2023. this was to give us time to review and vet this motor home. This salesperson was very deceptive and keep changing the price downward, trying to get us to agree to purchase. This concerned us, but we tried to move ahead. We told him many times this wasn't a sale or a purchase. As there were many unsolved is***s like windshield *********************** wouldn't start. He claimed on the 12/7/2023 that he was replacing the windshield asp and had already made an appt. But he never even sent the motor home out until 12/16/2023 And it didn't return until 12/17/or/18/2023 he knew that we had financing as our bank had asked for documents from them, more deceptive statements. Unresolved is***s with the Extended Warranty that was presented as a main part of this over all deal. Which we reviewed this and found to it be worthless. We were 400 miles away from our home in and another state. We returned home an started App to finance which we were approved 121/13/2023 and paid for third party inspection on the motor home. We found that that what they were saying was so deceptive. When we talked to the salesperson about this who got angry, as he did when we were there, in ******, he told us he would cancel the deal, but he wouldn't return but halve the money claiming that we canceled. This is false because he called on 12/17/2023.We already had the funds from our bank. We ask them to return all of the $5000.00 then they refused to re-fund any of these funds. Telling us we would have to *** them. This is ************** We have documents that support all of this. They have contacted us making false claims and saying this was a purchase agreement and a down payment We reviewed better business and found many similar complains., This is a total scam and Unfair and Deceptive, practice. We want this resolved and our funds returned.

  On or about June 12, 2023 we purchased a 2011 Thor Freedom Elite ** from World of RVS LLC in ***** ******. We provided a deposit of $3000.00 and submitted an application to Willamette ******************* at the dealer. The ** had a current registration, good until October of 2023, which would provide plenty of time for the dealer to get the bill of sale and title to the *** and the bank. When we went to register the ** at the *** we were told there was no paperwork showing any transfer had taken place. We contacted the bank and they said they had requested the bill of sale and title from the dealership and they were told it would be taken care of. **** as of the first of January ****, the bank has still to receive a bill of sale and title. The *** has no record of any transfer to me as well. We are making our payments in good faith for an ** we don't own. We request the dealership provide the documentation needed immediately for the bank and for us to register the vehicle we are paying for.

  Found a Motorhome on their sales lot. We know that some things needed fixing. He signed a paper saying that he would fix everything. They kept moving the pick up date. When we could finally pick up the Motorhome. Nothing was fixed. They told us to just take it. Also never gave us a trip permit. After getting it home the same issues was not fixed at all. We had a repair person come out to the house to look at it. He did not want to fix anything on the Motorhome. World of RV did offer to give us our money back, but we do like the *** After lots of research we have found out that there are no parts available to repair the issues. Then when we went back they wanted to only give us ******. Then come up with another ****** to get a different *** They would not work with us much on getting an RV that has everything working. The door hinge is broken, switch for the steps does not work, the slide does not work, and the generator will not stay started. All I want is a Motorhome that has everything working. They could not fix it the first time so I do not see how they will fix it at all. I think they know it can not be fixed and just wanted the Motorhome off there lot. I feel cheated and scammed by them. A resolution would be great. Do have supporting documents and can include them soon.

  I added the sales paper. In his writing he would fix all of the issues the Motorhome has. There is no parts available for anyone to repair the issues.
