horrible--worst experience with an auto business--can't believe anything they say or promise--had the ** delivered after 2 months (snow delay) ---it was filthy, no engine or body detail at all--missing electronics--just wires--should have refused it but it was paid for--but the worse part was I paid for a extended warranty that was promised and got it after much hassle--first claim was for a repair of check engine light for a new glow plug(s)--denied because it was stated (somewhere--I never saw this in the contract) that it did not start for another 6000+ miles--I probably will not even own it for that long--been in the shop since I received it-6 weeks+ ago and still unfinished work--I have contacted them about a promised set off duplicate keys at least 5 times over the last 6 weeks and they said it would be in the mail the next day--nothing--just one bad experience after another--if buying from them be very, very careful--do not expect anything if it is not in writing--I would give less than a one but there is not a star for that

I was told that they did a 115 point inspection on the rv and the engine oil and Trans fluid were changed. It was not done! There were atheist 6 issues including a leak in the over head sleeper. There was a mix up in #s on trade in and payoff, told them it was my misunderstanding. He demanded that it tell him it was my fault. They said they would charge $1000 to sell our rv on consignment I agreed stating $18,200 was the least I would accept. Then he said anything over that amount would be theirs to keep. I said no. I stated that there would be a time limit allowed to sell the rv at which time I would come back and take it back. He said no problem. I received a call April 28th that they hired a company to tow it ot my home for $900! I told them I would get it on the 30th. As I was hooking it up he stated he wanted a thank you for doing a $250 detail. This was not needed as we had cleaned the rv completely even vacuuming all cupboards etc. A few minutes later he said I'm still waiting for a thank you. I declined. I gave them a check for over $500 for DMV paper work. He called me a few days later stating it was to hard for them and to much of a paper trail for them. At this point enough time had passed that I was charged a late fee. He also accused me of trying to cheat him out of $8,000. We had never talked about that amount, I still don't know what he was talking about. Then as the last straw he said to me, and I quote "I'm glad your motorhome is leaking. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealer of any type, totally inept and unprofessional.
