April 2021, we met with 20-Twenty and put a $42,000 deposit down to begin building our Park Model Home. With covid and supply shortages, building was pushed back several months. Actual construction began in October 2021. A second payment was requested and made for the amount of $7,360.91. When we made an unexpected visit to the manufacture in October, we discovered that the floor plan was not correct and the manufacture had to take it apart and rebuild it again. We were kept in the loop during the construction process and was asked in November to make the final payment even thou the home was not completed. We were then asked to come and take a look at the home. When we looked at the home early December and it was far from completion (windows missing, doors not in, kitchen and bathroom cabinets not installed, electrical outlets and lighting wire hanging). We were assured that the home would be done and ready for delivery by 12/10. At this point we made our final payment $49,360.90. The home was delayed because the manufacture discovered that the wrong electrical outlets were installed for our W/D and Range. A change to the electrical panel, cut walls, and cut carpet was done to make this change. We were told that the electric needed to be re-inspected before they could release it for delivery. When the home was delivered 1/10/22, and we were able to go inside, this is when we discovered many workmanship/construction issues. At this point we documented and took pictures of the issues and submitted to the manufacture via email. Since that time, we have called, emailed,and sent text messages to the owner, ********** **** and project manager. The mfg. had contacted local contractors in ******** to get bids to perform the repairs, when 20-Twenty saw the cost of the repairs that is when they began to give us the run-around. We still need the drywall/paint done, doors repaired, carpet repair, the windows replaced (we have been told they were ordered) and many other items
