I purchased a truck 2/09/23 from the company under the requirement that they fix a noise in the front end and also replace a seal on the rear differential case. In addition to the mechanical fixes they were supposed to be getting me a set of tires that were not mud terrain, condition of the tires was supposed to be 75% new or better. i call 1-2 times per week trying to get updates and get an appointment scheduled. After 17 days i told them they need to hurry up and get something ordered for tires because they said they couldnt find any to give me. they said instead of continuing to look for used they would just buy me new tires. They said it could take up to a week and a half for tires to arrive. I called back on 3/09/2023 and asked what was going on. They said tires just showed up today and that they will work on my truck and get me in the next day. 3/10/2023. Had appointment for 9am on the 10th scheduled at about 12pm on the 9th. After getting the appointment scheduled i went onto ****** to leave a review of my experience. The review Reads: "Will sell you a truck under conditions they will fix certain things. Absolutely will not fulfill their end of the deal without constant contact and ******** to get it done. Today is 30 days since purchase date and just now have appointment made, only because i keep calling".At 5pm on 3/09 the "owner" ***** calls me, and while he says hes trying to make me happy and fix the issues he had a terrible attitude the whole time. i said nothing will fix whats done only thing they can do is what they were supposed to. He just hung up on me.. I call back and talk to **** and ask whats going on, he said well you left a bad review. i told them ok, i dont want you to work on my truck, i just want the tires. show up at 9, and ***** calls me a dishonest person and is extremely aggressive. Said hed call my employer on me and told me to go to Les Schwabs for the tires. after they installed tires they said i owe 192$. Not part of the deal..Business response

This is a customer that enjoys talking down to those who are really trying to help, we agreed to supply him with a different set of used tires and he did understand this could take a while to find a replacement set as stated,
He began calling almost immediately and was informed every time that it could take weeks to find a replacement set, the tires on the vehicle sold to ******* were to be traded off for the replacement set. so of course we also
wanted to get this done quickly in order to ****** their ware before trading them out, after a couple of weeks of ********* abusive/belittling phone calls the decision was made to just buy new tires for him,the which he was
informed immediately and that the tires would arrive roughly in 10 days give or take, ******* continued to call with his same abusive attitude and we just continued to try to make him happy, when the tires came in we showed
******* the shipping label to prove the date we received the tires, we promply scheduled him for the tire swap out, he called and told us he did not want us to touch his vehicle any further for any reason and that he would deal
with the new tires himself wanting only to have future work perfomed elswhere and would bring us the old tires back to us, we agreed and asked where he planned to trade out the tires, he chose Les Swchab so we sent the tires
to his chosen tire store {not trusting his intensions} with the clear {signed} IN WRITING understanding that he would pay for HIS decision to go elsewhere to install the now NEW tires, when ******* came in the morning of the tire trade out to sign all the necessary paperwork involved with the transaction he was his normal loud abusive self towards everyone in the office thats when i just finally offered to purchase the truck back-full price {if he was trully unhappy with it} not wanting to have this man as a customer any further {He declined my offer, he then brought up my faith/church saying he was of my same faith and thats when i expressed my thoughts about how dishonest i felt he is, he promptly went to his new tire store and after they traded out the tires he immediatly then cancelled his form of payment {no suprise}, we do always try to make all customers happy, sometimes even if it seems impossible we still always try, even now givin how this man has chosen to do things we remain open minded but only willing to communicate thru me in the interest of protecting our staff from any futher contact form ***************
