I bought and paid for a Nano 2 Vacuum Cleaner from Logan Halliday LLC on 7-28-24. I took possession of the vacuum on that date. I paid and extra $150.00 for the turbo head and was told it would be delivered before he left town as he only had the one with him. and he still had a few more appointments to show the vacuum that day. the Turbo head has not been delivered to date! I have made multiple calls with no response. most numbers I have for the company even on my receipt do not even work.Initial Complaint

I paid for a Vacuum Cleaner for 774 (told the turbo head would cost another 175 which was paid at the time of the vacuum delivery.) however the Turbo head was not written on any receipt but he did make a separate payment off of my credit card for 175 and never delivered the Turbo Head to the Vacuum Cleaner. I have made numerous calls over a period of a month and more with no response.
