I brought my car here in August 2022 after it was backed into in a parking lot. It needed a new lift gate. When I finally got my car back there were scratches on the new lift gate and damage to the interior plastic piece that looked like they dug at it with a screwdriver. The door also doesnt open properly anymore. I brought it back immediately and was told they would order new parts. Nobody ever called me back so I called a few times to find out the status and was told each time that they either hadnt come in yet, were on back order, or had come in but were damaged so they needed to be reordered. It has been 7 months now and Im convinced they will never repair the damage they caused to my car.Initial Complaint

We were issued a check on June 12 2022 From the insurance company. It is now february second two thousand twenty three and we are still waiting for a car to be fixed. They have lied and said they were waiting on parts. Then they got the parks then they were waiting on parts again. Then they got them and they can't find them again. It's been one lie after another after another after another. Champion collision has been screening our calls and when they do answer they say they will call us back and they have not one time called us back. We were not rude to them whatsoever and have been very patient. We have gave them chance after chance and we aren't even calling them every day. We call maybe once a week once or every two weeks and we basically get lie after lie after lie. So we went down there last wednesday the twenty Second Because they stopped answering our calls altogether. I asked the lady to quit lying and just tell me the truth and she ended up calling the cops on me saying I was threatening them, which is. Not true I threatened to take my car out of there and that's it. So the cops came and champion collision's Owner ******* said they would have The car done by that friday the Twenty fourth Or the following monday at the latest. This is after they've already promised us to have the car done 2 other times. It is now Wednesday February 2nd. and they have been screening our calls and not answering or returning our messages. It's getting ridiculous beyond ridiculous. My business is personally taken trucks here. The past and never has had a problem so this is not spiteful for any reason. Whatsoever it's just getting to a point that it's so ridiculous and they will not let me take my car out of there. It's beyond frustration for us and we just want it to end and I don't know what to do. We've been trying to get our car fixed with them for about 9 months now. And we are at our **** and they won't give a car back.Initial Complaint

I was involved in a car accident on March 8th 2022. I filed a claim with my insurance company and promptly chose a body shop to complete the work on my 2017 *** 340i xdrvie. I called Champion Collision on March 9th and ensure they would be able to complete the work on my car. I then worked with my insurance company to get an estimate for the work needed and forwarded to Champion. They proceeded to order the parts that insurance company estimated that I would need and once the parts came in, they called me to schedule a drop. I dropped off my vehicle on April 4th, 2022. I was told at drop off at the car would be ready in 2 weeks and they would communicate along they way where my car was in the process. After 2 weeks I still had not heard anything and they loaner car that they had provided me with had broke down. I called them to let them know about the loaner car and also check up on my car. I was told my car was headed to paint and would be ready mid week the following week. Over the course of the next three weeks I received no updates from them. I called a few times and each time I called I was told they were either waiting on another part (multiple part orders) or paint. Fast forward to a month later I am not told that my car doesn't run or drive and the body work has been completed. They had replaced the radiator with out telling me and are not unable to get the car to function properly. They have now admitted that they do not have a certified *** mechanic and are unsure how to fix my car. I have been blind sided and taken advantage of with this company. I still do not have a car and they are refusing to tow it to a certified *** mechanic.
