      I had an estimate done for a new heat system adding approx 500 sq ft if heated space. They installed a smaller furnace and filter than originally installed I have had 2 of there technicians out to look at heat issue, as well as 2 other companies. Both other companies told new furnace is undersized. I requested to speak with the trane rep, was told I would be able to, the last manager that visited told me he would get back to me the following Monday. Still no call in over a week. He also told me he had discussed issue with rep prior to his visit which is odd since he was not familiar with the furnace told me it was a single stage when he double check he agreed he was wrong? Just want the issue remedied.

      The owner of Diamond Heating, **** along with our General Manager to complete a site visit on Monday, May 6th 2024. We will be sending *************************** lawyer a resolution letter later this week. The resolution is to replace his existing furnace with a larger size along with a larger sized filter cabinet.

      My furnace failed during the night last night. I have a maintenance contract with Diamond Heating. I called for service. They told me that because they have only a few technicians that it will be at least a week before I will get service. I am a senior citizen and will be without heat for a week because they cannot provide service even though I paid for a maintenance contract.

      Complaint ******** has been resolved. Diamond Heating sent a technician to repair my furnace the next day.

      Called Diamond out for help in October 2021, they did great, that is until they started sending me bills every two weeks for some other property in Seaside for fireplace work for a ************************* for work done in Dec 2022. Guess what, I don't even have a fireplace! Watch out for these scammers, RUN away. Go anywhere else.My wife has called them about this 3 times and NOTHING. I emailed them directly and no resolution.

      Our dispatching software allows multiple sites (physical address') to be tied to one customer - in the event a person or property management company owns/manages multiple properties. Some how his home address was tied into ****'s address. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how that occurred in his situation.

      The first few attempts my office staff made to fix the error caused both of his and ****'s information to change simultaneously instead of independently (not knowing the accounts were tied together). I have attached a copy of ****'s invoice showing that ****'s billing info is no longer on the invoice.  

      **** did leave a negative ****** review on our business page in March and I addressed this complaint to him in the form of a review response two weeks ago.
