Ive been around the park for just shy of 2 decades. The tenants are for the majority amazing loving people. Ages randge from families of all ages, Newborn to seniors. Its a kind place. The only thing that has shown consistently to be aggressive is the management. A few have come and gone. Each have ruled the same way. A smile on their face till they decide they dont like something. Maybe the way you layout your garage, maybe your car is too old or you watered the lawn 5 times this week. For some its the fact that they curse and yell and threaten. Managed for the last few years by an on off couple that isnt afraid to take pictures of all your property and house to log comblains they might have. They will bang on your door consistently throughout the night if they feel like it even though they have your conta t information usually not after 12 though so thats nice. I wont go on although i could. If you can stay someone the micromanaging passive aggressive/aggressive management likes or you bring more value than paying and being a proper citizen then its an amazing place for all. the people that live there are realy wonderful people. I see a small community between us. Most people in sherwood have had family or at one point lived there so you get to see generational change in the families. Its beautiful. Word on the street is they will be fixing up the little park they hvae as well so the kiddos can have better entertainment.
