  #1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK All materials and labor descriptions are listed below Prepare all applicable works areas Install all applicable materials included on this agreement All Fiber Cement installs include seam flashing, corner trims, house wrap, flashing for all horizontal trim pieces. Install color plus *********************** on entire house. Install windows trims on all windows. Paint all fascia boards, window trim, and underneath all eves and porch cover. Includes clear coat over all brick areas.Customer to supply color plus color, as well as trim color. The painting was not comlpeted as defined in the contract. They need to come back and finish the job or pay me so I can hire someone to do the work!
