    We rented condo from Family Time Vacation Rentals for Spring Break Ski trip (Family of 4) -30 minutes before arrival we receive text heat is not working-will drop off space heaters. I immediately responded with concern as it was currently snowingand heat seemed to be a necessity not luxury. I then inquired about the outdoor jacuzzi and via text said it should be workingbut within 30 minutes told not working. After I asked if there were any other options they offered a unit an hour awayand then a local cabin. An hour away from the ski lifts was too far so tried the cabin (Not walkable to lift). However, on our way to cabin suv got stuck in snow/ice -had to back down mountain - the entire family was petrified. We called/texted the company to only receive a text that the mtnce guy also got stuck - road needed to be plowed. Due to the safety and security concern decided to go to the condo with no heat. After 3-4 requests we finally received blankets. For (2) nights it was in the 50s and we slept with our ski clothes on. I have reached out to the ************** everyday for a week asking to speak with someone-at one point they said **** would call me however she never did. I have come to the conclusion that they dont care and I will have to approach this another way. At this pointI feel like we deserve a refund for the hardship of no heat and the other items listed: Dirt under/behind coach, laundry door off hinge & leaned up against wall, empty tide bottle on dryer, broken glass in 2 story windows, Inoperable jacuzzi (condo runs $100+ more a night compared to other units exactly the same but no jacuzzi), jets not working in master bedroom tub, dirty dishes in dishwasher on arrival, condo smelled of burnt plastic from the space heaters. Many of those items I would never complain about-but all of it together was just too much. We understand things happenbut we should not have to suffer-and then to be ignored by the rental company was a smack in the face.

    Wish I had read all the reviews for this place. If you have a chance to check out other places to rent from please do. With anticipation we booked a cabin from this people. We even ran a little late day of check in check in is at 4 pm and because of traffic we ended up arriving good two hours after 4 pm. About 40 minutes while we were gassing up at ********** a text arrived from who we assumed was the property manager but now I think is the owner of the property. She said her housekeeper had been sick and she did not know about it until then. My sister was furious and I tried not to let this get the best of me but rather tried to be understanding and I was not gonna let anything get on the way of my planed weekend. We told this lady that we were going to be at the cabin in 40 minutes or so. And trying to help the situation that if she would drop off clean sheets and towels and some cleaning supplies we should be ok thinking she was being sorry for the whole situation. Well we got to the cabin it was filthy. I doubt she has any housekeeping. Spider webs behind the doors, dust bunnies everywhere floors have never been moped . The email instructions for arrival and departure dare to say about leaving trash you will be charged but nothing in return if you find trash and filth which is what you will find at this property. I wonder how does she keep doing business like this? Why hasnt she been closed down? If you have read till now please do your homework before booking here. You will be uncomfortable, thrust me and all the reviews here. Her customer service its not the great. I can 100% say whomever stays there after this weekend 10/17/2021 will find the cabin a lot cleaner than we found it because me and my sister arent dirty like the owner of the property who does not seem to really care for her business and property reputation. I wish I could post a review for everyone to see not just here but on all the properties either she owns or manages.
