My family and I rented this place a tiny little cabin at Silver spur RV park in Silverton ****** and we had a hit in charge of $10 just by using the barbecue that was in the common area that everybody could use. There was no sign on the barbecue or by the barbecue that said that this is not for use for the customers. Also no email was sent to us by the ** park saying that we are not allowed to use the barbecue and that we will have a $10 he didnt charge also on their pamphlet it was not listed as well that we cannot use the barbecue, but yet the barbecue was in the common area where the fire pit was with the laundry room was where they came from was where the sitting room area was where everybody goes in the common area if they did not want customers to use the barbecue, they should not have one there or they should. Have a sign posted that this is not for use for customers not give customers hidden charges just park across not give customers getting charges and they should let customers know before they go to the ** park that they will be charged if they are going to use the barbecue I thought since theres three ball and her Jacuzzi did not work that we should use the barbecue just to warm up our food. It was on a snowy day. It was recently last weekend before ************************* Kings birthday and it was cool that we rented a dry cabin. Theres nothing in there no water so we had nothing else to use but the barbecue no other amenities and I thought we should be allowed to use their amenities since we paid for the cabin already and it was in the common area customers. Customer should not be surprised about hidden charges that she told the customer exactly what they are being charged for before they go to the ** park and they should have signs up or on a written on their pamphlets or send an email to the customers they did not do any of these and we were just charged $10 the next day or ************* that we knew nothing about and they are doing a poor business. They were very rude and I want you guys the Better Business Bureau to look into it thank you very much.

****, i'm sorry there was a mis understanding about the cabin rental.  This isn't the first time that you and your family have rented the cabin you have rented the cabin 3 other occasions and never had a complaint.  The BBq has been on the deck of the lodge which is over 100 feet away from the cabins location.  For the past 7 years this is the first time someone has uncovered the gas grill and used it without asking first.  If the BBq was placed next to the cabin we would add it as an amenity with the rental,.but this is the first time that we have had this issue.  Most BBq's in campgrounds or RV parks that are free to the public are ones that require briquettes. I've attached a picture to show the distance between the placement of the BBq and the location of the cabin in the background. We only knew you used it because you were seen on our lodge cameras using it. So when we came in the next day, the BBq was not covered back up and we have the 10 dollars fee in place for the use of the propane and the cleaning of the grill after use.  This is a fee that we have had for many years.  As I stated going forward in the future we will put a sign on the BBq that says RENT ME  but like I said this is the first time in the last 7 years someone has mistakenly used this BBq.  We are sorry your last stay wasn't pleasant. The cabin rental comes with everything listed on the website and brochure, TV, microwave, refrigerator We did not feel the need to list everything that does not come with the cabin, that would be an exhaustive list.
