I ordered pharmaceuticals from https://goodmedsonline.com on March 8, 2022. The next day I received a confirmation email (attached). A representative named *********************** called from ************ to set up payment as they do not have a payment portal on their website. I paid $430 through PayPal directly to ***********************.My order arrived March 17, but the product was fake, counterfeit. I complained to Deepak, who said he would immediately refund my money. He did not.I have been in touch with Deepak and I have emailed the company's support address at ********************************** several times. I got one response from the email address from ********************** on 4/28 who apologized and said he'd look into it. I have received no further email response.Deepak, on the other hand, usually responds to my texts. His response is always 'wait, another day or two, next Monday, I'm waiting on the shipping department, tomorrow,' etc.I filed a complaint with PayPal and with my credit card company.
