7/24/2023 I paid $110.94 for gun powder from primo reloading online. I paid for shipping and it was all paid for via Zelle. The company texted and emailed me saying it would ship out on 7/24/2023. I asked for a shipping confirmation and they replied saying my package was held with authorities and needed to pay an additional $100 for shipping. I declined an requested a refund and stated they couldnt issue a refund and stopped answering my emails or answering their phones.Initial Complaint

They ripped me off of almost $400 for products I ordered from them on their website. They had no intention of fulfilling my order, and they have ripped off many other people after reading the reviews and yet ******* still lets them pop up as the number one search for that item that I was purchasing.Initial Complaint

I ordered **** large pistol primers and **** small pistol primers for $252.94 including $26.98 flat rate shipping. I paid for my order using Apple Pay to phone #************. I received a text saying my order would be shipped within 2-3 business days. I contacted primo reloading by text at ************ and email at ******************************** because I hadnt received a receipt for the $252.94. They assured me that my receipt and tracking number would be emailed to me and my package would be shipped on 08/03/2022. They did not ship it. So I contacted them today (08/04/2022) because I hadnt received a receipt or tracking number. Thats when they told me that I would have to send them another $100 for a hazmat fee and insurance. I told them Im not sending them anymore money. If that was the case, then just cancel the order and issue me a refund. They refused issue me refund and are refusing to ship my order. They began to get very nasty and demanding with me to pay the extra $100. I told them no, and I would pursue legal action to for reimbursement of my $252.94 plus legal fees. When I questioned them about what carrier they were using, they refused to answer and said they would see me in court. They wouldnt discuss the matter any further.Initial Complaint

This order was placed on July 4, 2022. This has to be some kind of scam. I have no idea who this person is. And Id like my card refunded all the $84.43. It said its a place called Primo Reloading. Im assuming some kind of a gun place. Please help.Initial Complaint

On May 22, 2022 I contacted Primo Reloading, a website posing as an online store. I was attempting to buy some Bullseye gunpowder. The website looks very legit and has a lot of products but they don't actually sell anything. When I reviewed the company on ******* it was clear that many people have already fallen for their scam. The website has a chat so they contact you that way initially. Then they text you. You cannot pay via a credit card...************ are Paypal and Zelle. They insist you request "friends and family" when using Paypal that way Paypal cannot do anything about the transaction. I already found that out the hard way.I am contacting my bank and I also filed a complaint with the Attorney General. I want this business shut down and the people involved prosecuted.
