I made a purchase of a turntable from this company. Records said an attempt was made on 11-9-21. Not sure what happened. It was delivered by ***** on 11-17-21 but signed by COVID. I work out of town. My security camera caught the package being delivered during the day. I returned back in town on 11-19-21 but no package. I got in touch with ***** and explained the situation. Representative said they were signing for packages in such a manner when the pandemic first started but discontinued it and wasn't sure why the driver left the package without a signature. He said I should get in touch with ******. I got in touch with ****** and sent ******** the video and he said he'd look in to it. He asked for another video showing item being taken. I explained to him I don't have ******************* so if it happened at night they probably would've caught it. I called back a few weeks later and was told situation was resolved and I'd receive my money back because no other equipment was available and I should receive it by the end of the day. Then I get an email about some videos of me using the equipment. I'm not sure where this information came from. I'm a DJ and yes I know other DJs using the same turntable which is the reason why I wanted to purchase one. So if any thing was seen on any type of social media this what it was. ******** also went as far as threatening to take legal action against me. Not really sure why. He also said I was banned from any future purchases with the company but yet I still receive emails to place an order. If ***** would've followed the same procedure on 11-9-21 on 11-17-21 I'd have my equipment. Basically someone being present as required for a signature for such an expensive piece of equipment.Customer response

There's more emails. Than this also several phonecards but my phone deleted them because they were so far back. I'm still getting sales emails from the company to this day.Customer response

I submitted some necessary emails on my behalf but the rep said I didn't. So I'm sending once more
