I was sold a vehicle by ***********************. He was a bit pushy and rude. I have dealt with other salesmen at Lithia before and had WONDERFUL experiences. Ultimately, I bought a used car "as is". I trusted this person when I was told that the vehicle was in good running condition. I have purchased 4 brand new and 2 previously owned vehicles from Lithia, and NEVER had one have so many problems 1 week after purchase. It has had so many problems that my family is afraid to drive it. I am so disappointed. I attempted to contact them about it and was told "well you signed the as is paperwork". I get that, but it took every bit of money I had available to purchase the car and now I'm in a terrible spot. I completely regret having gone ahead with this purchase when I was so put off by him, but I was in an urgent position of needing a second vehicle. I will not make this decision ever again.

Terrible experience = customer service leaves a LOT to be desired and I would avoid giving them your time or money. Made a test drive appointment on a Tuesday for a Saturday, as I live in **** and needed to work and then make arrangements (lodging, rental car) to drive to Springfield. I arrived at my set morning time Saturday, saw the car in the lot, and was told, sorry, bad news. The keys had been pulled as the car was on hold for someone who was on the train from *******. I asked how one holds a vehicle - is a deposit put down? He said no, they dont do that. He added that gosh, this person was on the 6am train! I said I arrived last night from ****, what does that matter? Isnt their policy first come first served? I said, Im here, now, with cash in hand, lets talk about this car. I asked again what hold means and did not receive an answer. At no time did he say the car has been sold. He said he wouldve called me but he did not have my number - I said, you had my email as weve been emailing for a few days now, and that didnt happen - he couldve reached out as soon as he arrived that morning. But, I still wouldve questioned the whole holding a car statement.So Im out the days I wasted waiting to drive over for the test drive (and I was ready to buy - had cash in hand), hotel, gas, travel time to come over from ****. Very unprofessional. If the car had been bought sight unseen, why not just say that? Why say hold when that is a bogus policy? Some shady behavior and I decided I wanted nothing to do with them. I would not give this dealership your time or money.

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. My son bought a vehicle there just over a month ago - 2 months at the most. He's paid a whole one car payment and his vehicle has broken TWICE - the first being the day after it left the lot. Today the sales manager told me "cars end up coming back all the time shortly after purchase for not running and people have to pay for the repairs" and "the service department can't get paid if nothing goes wrong with the vehicle". They KNEW the issue my son is currently having that makes his car inoperable for the second time since buying it is common and DIDN'T EVEN CHECK for it. They also lied about the cost of parts, quoting a much higher price as we had their service guy tell ************ the issue and parts needed and ************ had already priced them. They knew the vehicle could have these issues and didn't even check - knowing they were potentially selling a young kid a lemon. Despicable!

I live in ***** and I was going to buy a Lexus is250 from this dealership. I was willing to put more than half the price of the vehicle as down payment. After taking the vehicle to a local mechanic frame damage was noticed. I had asked them several times if the vehicle passed inspection and they were very confident that the vehicle was in good driving condition. Please do not trust a dealership that is selling vehicles with unknown conditions
