Bought over $5k worth of services and they closed with no warning or explanation. I fear they will open up using a different name to start the whole scam over.

I purchased a package for 15 sessions back in December of 2020. I was told they never expire.I did not attend any appointments, because I was breastfeeding at that time and they didnt recommend using the lasers while breastfeeding or pregnant. It didnt state this on their website. They also recommended waiting at least 5 months after discontinuing breastmilk production.I waited until I stopped breastfeeding in March 2021. I couldnt get in with anyone for months and whenever they DID manage to schedule something I would always get a text the morning of saying it was cancelled. I dont have those texts any longer.I then got pregnant again in November of 2021 so I couldnt schedule anything again. I lost the baby in January ************************************** April 2022 so I was too busy to make it in then. I found out I was pregnant again in June 2022 so I couldnt go in again for another few months. Then I had my baby in December 2022 and of course I got an email January 2023 saying they were closing their doors. I just want the 1530 I spent on the services I never received. Thank you.

These are emails I happen to find with the cancellations. There were more texts than anything but I no longer have those.

Business closed 1.29.23. I asked the Manager if it was possible for my payments with ****** services to stop if I wasnt receiving treatment. She stated no. So I never thought I could dispute with ****** Services. I asked ****** Services for a refund dispute, they denied. ********* took too long to dispute and that I hadnt complained before. Im working with my credit card agencies for refunds due to fraud. As I also received confirmation from BBB that Allure Total Body Sculpt is a scam.

I purchased a package for $2,000 which included 15 sessions. I was told they never expire. I used 3 sessions total. I received an email on January 29th 2023 (5:04pm) that said they are closing their doors the next day, January 30th 2023, 7 hours later. They stated they want to make things right to the best of our ability and will be reaching out to current clients regarding compensation for remaining packages. They disconnected their phones and have not responded to the multiple emails I sent regarding reimbursement. They scammed me and many other people out of thousands of dollars. They were still advertising sales (advertised through email for Black Friday) on packages until December 3rd 2022. When I would schedule appointments they would always be fully booked weeks out and the soonest I would be able to get in would be 2- 3 weeks. They are scamming vulnerable people and need to reimburse everyone. The least they could have done was give their customers a heads up (longer than the night before) and give people the opportunity to use any of the remaining sessions. Unfair business practices.

I received an email on February 1, 2023 from Allure that they were closing at the end of the week. They said they would be in touch with customers about refunds for services not provided. I spent over $5k with them and received partial services. I have emailed back several times with no response.

I purchased 16 treatments from them on Jun3 5th 2022. I was able to use 8 of them and was told they never expire. I decided to save my final treatments for the following summer. I contacted them on Jan 6th 2023 asking to make appts for ******** of 2023 and was told they don't book that far out and would contact me in April. I was never contacted about anything and have now come to find out they closed down. I am still owed half of what I paid for ($1,440).

I purchases the first session through Groupon and attended the appointment. Then they scheduled me for the following appointment in December 2022. I attended the appointment and then I scheduled an appointment for January 2023. When they sent out the text to confirm my appointment I responded. Then I arrived to the Allure location on January 23rd 2023. The building was completely empty and I tried calling but no answer and also sent out a text. I paid $1350 for multiple sessions. The location of Allure was in **********************************************************************************************************.

I received a text message on February 1, 2023 from Allure that they were closing at the end of the week. They said they would be in touch with customers about refunds for services not provided. I spent over $6k with them and received partial services. I have texted back several times with no response. They owe me around $4k. Also, the services they did provide show no results whatsoever, and before and after pictures they sent me had been manipulated in some way. The results in my mirror vs. results in the pictures were very different. The text they sent to me about the closure and refunds has now disappeared, even though all other communication via text is still there. I do not know who the new owners are and have not been able to find them on line. I will keep searching and will contact the owner of the building they rented to see if they can help. In the meantime, this company closed their doors with a three day notice via text, and I have heard nothing back regarding a refund.
