We hired *************** based out of *****, ********** back in March of '22 to do our Kitchen, Bath, Laundry room, and Master Bath remodel. He had given us a list of a few places to purchase our tile from for the remodel, one of them being Contract Furnishing Mart which he had decent things to say about and it was a one stop shop.Fast forward to us ordering **** Plus dollars in tile to start the remodel. All the tile showed up at the time the job was supposed to start which was end of April. My contractor started demolition on the master bath. Once the demolition was done, he proceeded to start on the remodel. After setting the FIRST row of time, he proceeded to set the second row and that's when he noticed the tile was warped and defective. I was notified right away and I proceeded to notify CFM about the defective tile. I was met with a ton of resistance. Basically accusing my contractor of not properly laying the tile, telling him he had to use special Spin Doctors tile setting hardware to take the bend out of the tile. He refused to go any further on the installation because there was so much lippage in the shower. After almost a month and threating bad reviews and a lawsuit I got a second batch of tile from them, free of charge. It was too defective and not flat. Fast forward a couple of weeks and after speaking with the store Manager over a dozen times, they finally agreed to let me pick out new tile all together. Now this means all the tile that was set to begin with, all has to be ground off the walls and all the labor for the tile work will have to be REDONE because it doesnt match the new tile.After notifying CFM that the new tile needs new bullnose, they are refusing to take it back and replace it with the correct matching tile. They were rude to my contractor, rude to me, and I will forever never recommend them or will I be using them again.I want them to pay for all the labor incurred because they didn't want to replace the tile.Business response

We've worked with **** and have come to a resolution. He recently picked up his new replacement tile and we will check in with him again at the end of this week to ensure the project has turned out the way he and his wife envisioned.

Paid for flooring and two items that I could not use I only purchased them because Roger H*** said I needed them, put I could not use them. The installers did not need or could not use them . I know the flooring was not returnable but the two molding and threshold that Roger had me order should be returned . I am asking for $93.80 back for the cost of the two items. Talked to Roger he said no return .Business response

Based on your layout those pieces should have been installed at the transition to your carpet for the flooring to perform properly. All materials are special-ordered specifically for our customers and cannot be returned to the manufacturer which is why we unfortunately cannot take back your material.
