Certified checks, cashier's checks, money orders and cash payments usually will get shipment within 24-hours and payment made with these methods is preferred. If we happen to not be in the office when your payment arrives, for example attending a show, then your purchased coin(s) will be shipped within 24 hours of our return. Personal/business checks can take up to 10 business days to clear and we ship when payment has cleared. We very much appreciate payment within 7 days after an agreement to purchase has been made.

• West Coast Coins offers a no questions asked 14-day return policy. We try our best to accurately describe our items and provide close-up images so that a return is not necessary. However, if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your item simply notify us and return your item within 14 days to receive a 100% money-back refund of the full purchase price of the item. The item must be in the exact condition it was originally sent in. If the item was paid for by Paypal we will be issuing a full refund through Paypal.
