Rebath replaced shower, toilet, and flooring in master bath, I paid 1/2 cost before installation, then balance on 6/21, total cost $19,765.30. Toilet was installed with flush handle on the wrong side (handle on right side of tank), needed to be left side like a normal toilet. I paid the final balance anyway, since Rebath told me I had to pay because 90% complete. About 2 weeks later they replaced the tank, incorrectly. I fixed the incorrect installation (they installed the flushing mechanism incorrectly).I was finally able to use the shower, but discovered that it was too warm to use. Although the temperature of the cold water coming in is 75 degrees (cold water measured in sink about 2 feet from shower), the cold water would not get below 90 degrees. With the current hot weather, that is far too hot.Monday 07/24/2023, called re-bath told them of the problem, they said they'd send someone on Friday to investigate.Friday 07/28/2023, someone showed up, attempted to adjust valve. Was not experienced at all, even mentioned something about training. Problem was not resolved, they said they'd get someone to look at it.Monday 08/07/2023, called Rebath again because I did not hear from them.On Tuesday 08/08/2023, Rebath showed up again, replaced shower valve cartridge. It did not fix problem. They turned off hot water, and there is almost no cold water pressure in the shower. Problem was not solved, said they'd call back after a plumber.Tuesday 08/15/2023, I called Rebath again since they had not called. They called back later, said they would talk to plumber that was here because there was confusion on problem.Thursday 08/17/2023, Rebath called said they would not fix problem. The plumber that installed the fixture either kinked the cold pipe or installed the valve wrong with something blocking the cold water. Sink 2 feet from shower fills 1 cup in 3 sec with aerator on. ****** takes 10 seconds to fill cup. No water pressure issues with old valve.

      *****,

Thank you for meeting with me yesterday to review the cold water pressure and talk about the options on resolving the issue.  Like we discussed, our production assistant ****** will be contacting you with a time to try replacing the cartridge again.  We will reorder replacement wall material and shelves in preparation to pull ********* wall off and find the obstruction if it is not resolved by the cartridge replacement.

You have my card and extension, please call or email with any questions at all.

      Thank you,

3/8/21 RE-BATH installed the $12,199.90 walk in shower. Technician(*******)- he's no longer wth them cut the hole for the shower head which was ok. He then installed the hand-held nozzle where the converter valve to change the shower head to the hand held was located. It was very high requiring standing on my toes and reaching. We said that this is a problem. Our goal was safety with a number of grab bars and we couldn't safely turn the converter valve back and forth. We reported this to the company and he came back with an extender for the pipe from *********** It did not solve the problem. He said that nothing else can be done. My husband bought a connector to attach to the pipe because ******* didn't bring one. We let this go until we heard from the company that our contract would end and if we need anything done, to contact them. We fina ally was able to speak with Miles who scheduled a service call. The technician(can't remember his name but remember our conversation) stated that the converter valve/shower head placement was too high and he said the company will correct it. He was going back to the shop that day and was going to research ways to correct the problem and get back to us. After not hearing from him for a week or so, I called to speak with Miles. I kept leaving messages and he was not returning my calls. Then I called and **** picked up. I asked for Miles and she stated that he no longer works there. She was less than cordial. I spoke with her about the situation and she stated that she would speak with the gen ******* *****************************. We called to follow up and finally got an email that they're not responsible because my husband put the connector on the pipe. Really...... We have called multiple times and have sent numerous emails and no one has picked up or responded to our emails. Their corp cust service rep(Shali) called them while I was on the line and either they didn't pick up or was told they'd call us. NEVER HAPPENED
