      I was called by the delivery coordinator to have my shipment delivered on a given day. I agreed to that day and time of delivery. On that day the delivery never occurred. I contacted Reddaway to find out where my shipment was. The first call I was hung up on. The second call I was put on hold then sent to a voice mail. The third call I was told someone would get back to me by phone or email. I received neither. I called back the next day and finally got to the delivery coordinator. She informed me that the shipment didn't get to their warehouse until late on the day I was supposed to get it. I asked why no one called to let me know this and her response had an "I don't care"attitude. A second delivery was scheduled by the coordinator but that day came and went without delivery again. I called Reddaway and was told someone would be getting in touch with me. So far, nothing.

      Incompetence is the first word that comes to mind. I ordered something from ********** and have been watching the tracking with the expected delivery first saying June 9, then June 10, and now June 13.I was on the phone with ********** customer service on Thursday, June 9 who indicated that the item was then in *************, and would be at the East by Delivery Terminal at close of business that day, and out for delivery on Friday, June 10.In reliance on that, I took time off work, and organized for a contractor to be here later in the day to assist in installation.Then today, the day delivery was supposed to happen, I get a call from them saying, we are attempting to schedule a delivery appointment with you for Monday, June 13, to which I responded I was told it would be out for delivery on June 10 and made arrangements on reliance on that information.Besides a "well sorry," there's nothing I can do so Monday is the best I can hope for.I saw another person with a BBB complaint against them saying they lost wages due to time off work to receive a package that never showed up.Reddaway responded they are not liable for "special damages."Yeah, well I'm an attorney, so maybe you can reimburse me for my lost time or maybe you should be dragged into Court.Not that it will do anything, but I will also be talking to ********** in hopes they can contract with a competent delivery company in the future.You guys are joke.

      worst experience ever with a shipping company , ordered from grizzly tools , took 2 weeks to deliver was at the local warehouse for a week , was told by grizzly and their main 800 customer service they would schedule a appointment ,(they did NOT ), finally after a week they showed up with a empty truck ,it was on manifest ???, then showed up 3 days after that again no calls or appointment ever ??? delivered 1 of 3 crates and it looked like a truck ran over it . fork lift punctures on all 4 sides and smashed , still missing 2/3 s of order and they will not answer any calls , close to impossible to talk to a person , I am forced to file a claim with the credit card company , will not ever use them or any company that uses them again

      On August 2nd I placed an order to ********** on internet for 10 blacktop. It ended up as a duplicate, one to be picked up and one delivered. Probably my error. I visited ********* office the next day and told the lady to cancel both orders and I then placed another order at the *************** which I picked up and was properly charged for. One order was canceled properly but only one item was canceled in the other order, which was to be delivered to my house. I have tried repeatedly to cancel this order, including 2 visits to Portland store and 3 to ********* store. Each times your clerks were friendly and helpful, promising the order would be canceled in a few days. It didnt happen. Eventually I discovered the Shipment was In Portland to be delivered by Reddaway who were making no effort to deliver despite having my address. I communicated with *********************** at Reddaway and canceled the order. She did start the return on August 20th but it still has not been shown as returned to ********** and my account and credit card are still charged. To this day over a month my account has not been credited. I have done lots of business with ********** over the years but never had problems like this before but this is unacceptable.
