I initially came here to work on a few veins in her face from Rosacea using IPL treatments. After the first treatment it got worse and I was told to get it done again & again at a higher level. Again and again I came back as my veins became larger and more became apparent. I spoke to the person doing the treatment, ******** I was told there's no way it could be Bridgeport Laser or ********* doing, and that IPL couldn't cause a problem... it is also "the only way to deal with veins". She had me switch away from glasses, switch to silk masks, and stop flonase and a bunch of other "tricks" because clearly those were the problem. Another treatment or two later, its even worse, all changes made. Again I spoke with ******** who was trying to set up the same defense that it wasn't her, or IPL. That I had "too deep of a blood flow", and that she'd talk to the manager. The manager hid behind her receptionist and refused to speak and refund the money. I spent over $650 from 8/11 and 9/8 andBusiness response

******* - Thank you for letting us know in advance you would be posting negative reviews. You are our first 1-star review ever! Because you are not our patient, I cannot speak to any issues you present. I can say, however, that we have clear before and after photos which show our IPL treatments were 100% effective.
My conversation with your wife did involve an offer of an immediate refund once she provided a copy of chart notes or a letter from the vein specialist she saw for follow up treatment. She hung up on me after stating this was not possible. My refund offer still stands. I did not feel it appropriate to take your phone call and discuss this with you as you are not our patient.
Natalia, an Advanced Aesthetician and Certified Medical Assistant, has over 19 years experience in this industry and 11 years with my company. I can confidently say she does not provide services if she cannot achieve results. A simple ****** search can verify the effectiveness of treating facial veins with IPL. Again, I am happy to again show you or your wife the before and after photos we have showing the disappearance of veins.

I am rejecting this response because: it does not address the situation whatsoever but attempts to turn this into a he said she said scenario. I have pictures and proof that my conditions worsened and had several meetings with ******* where I was pressured to just increase the strength of the laser which furthered damage. This immature response takes no ownership of their quality of services or the fact that they could be and are wrong. They went as far as to try to dissuade me from seeing a real doctor as it would be invasive, expensive, painful, and scarring. None of which has been true. They were more expensive, misleading, and damaging here than I have ever experienced, and copy and pasted a response to social media excluding the sarcastic and childish congratulations on being our first one star review. The manager refused to talk to my husband while I stood by angry and in tears, and continues to hope this will simply go away. It will not.

*The complaint was that the procedure did not work. We have before and after photos showing it did work.
*We do not pressure patients in any way. We take an educational approach and our patients make their own decisions.
*We spoke on the phone at length. You hung up on me when I offered a refund.
*A refund is still available with chart notes or documentation of additional treatment

I am rejecting this response because: You do not have photos showing improvement, and worse conditions followed any appointment. You cannot force someone to provide their HIPAA protected documents. You are really talking in circles about the matter. Due to requesting protected medical documents you have not provided any attempt at a refund for any amount of services.
