I ordered motorcycle fairings 6/7/2024 and still havent received them. I have a tracking number as of 7/2/24. Product is coming from *****. According to Nice Cycle the items are stuck in customs. I spoke with customs on 7/23 and they have no record of my items stuck in customs. I also called **** whom is supposed to deliver, they are stating that it hasnt been shipped at all. The date of my transaction of my CBR600rr fairings was Jan 19, 2024. Extremely long shipping time after exactly $809.82 only to receive partial pieces of the order. I paid an extra $100 plus dollars for a black stainless steel bolt kit along with a matching rear seat cowl but did not receive either. The fairings are claimed to come with a bolt set as a part of the order and I did not receive ANY bolts at all, let alone stainless steel ones. The phone number on the website is disconnected, and there is no one to speak with directly about any issues with orders. I have received an email by "****" only after 10 emails about only the shipping time during the wait for the order, but no emails about the missing pieces of the order. First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the oversight. We understand that customer received the fairings kit without the seat cowl and bolt kit that were part of the order.
Upon reviewing your case, we have taken immediate action to rectify this mistake. Please find attached screenshots confirming that we have issued a full refund for both the missing seat cowl and bolt kit.

Purchased a new fairing set for my 2012 Zx14R, I specified that the colour must be golden blazed green, and I was assured it would be. The kit showed up with dirt in the paint, runs all over, the clear coat is so soft that it has rub marks everywhere and its the wrong colour. I contacted nice cycles and told him it was wrong, he apologized and said that they usually get the colour correct unless the bike has been dropped and repainted, which is not the case.He said he needed to talk with his production manager and would get back to me however, in the meantime would send me a bike cover for my troubles. He sent me a cheap indoor dust cover and then proceeded to ghost me! He will not respond to any of my emails. I am out over $800.00 plus the $1,600.00 I had to pay for OEM fairing parts.Initial Complaint

I ordered a partial fairing set from this company in April 2022. The fairings arrived damaged and were returned immediately via their shipper choice **** I was not issued a refund nor was I issued a replacement fairing set. I am down three hundred ($300) dollars to this company. They have not responded to the multiple emails I have sent. At this point I believe this is intentional and not an oversight. I bought fairings for my 2016 ****** r3 for around $700 they were messed up and had big spots where they were messed up. I emailed the company a few time and gave them a week to respond with no response, they are avoiding me.
