    Order #MDRN99273, Date 11/9/2022, Gladiator IPhone Case 14 ProMax, $30.00 + **** shipping Item was shipped on 11/18/2022. On 11/30/2022 contacted the company that i ordered wrong size of case. I requested an exchange but was told they could not guarantee the size I needed was in stock. With that info I requested a refund. On 12/7/2022 I received this address to send return **********************., ********************************************************* *****. Mailed the IPhone case on 12/9/2022 from **** using a kiosk. They needed a tracking # and I sent them the receipt I received from the kiosk on 2/2/2023. They were not able to find my return and not willing to refund the cost of the case. When I questioned the location of their company (in *******) they offered me a free case and my refund(15%less for restocking fee). They sent me an email verifying my address and I did not catch that they had *************************************. The next email said that the item could not be delivered because of "No Such Number" which is puzzling because my original order was delivered with no problem. I have been corresponding with this SIMPLYmdrn since 11/9/2022 and only heard from when i initiated the email. Although a refund (15% less stocking fee) would be appreciated, my concern is to report this company as not a reliable or honest business.

    Horrible company, avoid at all costs! Their return policy claims that they offer 100% customer satisfaction but they will not stand by it. I had to follow up with them multiple times to get an RMA for the return. I followed their return instructions exactly. 1 week after the item had been delivered back to them I received an automated email reminding me to return my items. I then had to reach out again and provide a tracking number to show them that they had been delivered the item a week prior. Once they acknowledged it, they said I would be charged a 15% restocking fee that was not previously disclosed. Looking at their return policy, they claim a restocking fee will only be charged if the item is not returned in its original packaging, which I did. I raised an issue with this but did not receive a response back for 8 more days. Finally, I reached out AGAIN for the refund and was promptly told they would be issuing a refund. Only when they actually refunded the item, they took 25% off of the refund amount.They are thieves and they make a poor quality product. Save yourself time and money and avoid doing business with this company at all costs.
