Today, July 26th, 2024, at around 10:36 AM, I went online and reserved a storage unit for a pro rated amount of $48.58, went to my storage, it was locked so waited for the manager at the hours specified 11:00-5:00, , a note in the door said 3:00 -5:30, waited an hour and a half after showing up at 3:00, still no manager. I called the phone number # ************ and # ************ no answer at either number and then the 2688 number was turned off. I would either like my money back as Im on Social Security, or have someone contact them to open up my storage unit. Evidently, other people have had several issues with them on the the same subject.
