DO not do business with this company!! They lie and do whatever it takes to get you into a vehicle making all kinds of promises and then they don't follow through.***** is the sales person we dealt with and I don't know who the manager is, but he told us, "Just get the car at the higher monthly payment and we'll get you refinanced in 4 months". Well in 4 month, they couldn't get us refinanced and again in 12 months they couldn't get it done, so we're stuck with a $800 a month car payment and all ***** could say is "sorry" and then ***** their 3rd finance manager gave me c*** and was rude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OCEAN CREST!!!!Review from Rick S

I bought a very expensive car here with the understanding (because they told me) that it had a lot of options it turned out not to have. Attempts to remedy this by adding the options after the purchase failed for various reasons. Many promises went unfulfilled. The dealer/owner sided with the salesman rather than the customer. I think they considered me unreasonable for wanting what I was promised (and paid for). Avoid this dealer, or if you do business here record your conversations and save your e-mails so you can document what you were told. Because it will change with your next contact !Review from bob k

BEWARE Very shady. Make sure you keep a close eye on the transaction. They will try to trick you into buying extras. If you are a senior, you should shop somewhere else.Review from Jen K.

Fast forward 2 weeks after purchase....love the car, but DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Very unprofessional. I traded in a vehicle that they still have not paid for but yet its for sale on their lot. Not to mention I now have 2 loans to pay for. So they were able to process a new loan through the same bank that i have previous loan from but yet not pay off the car that i traded in. Now i get to go to my bank with all of the paperwork and try and get this straightened out so that I'm not responsible for them selling a car that I'm still paying for! When i tried emailing ********************* the sales manager by replying to a courtesy email that he had sent to me the address was not valid! LOL. What a joke! I tried contacting the business itself only to be told that I signed the paperwork and they have all the time in the world to take care of unpaid bills. This is just the start to my complaints. Seriously don't buy a car here. They also still owe my Father in law $100 check that they said we could pick up Monday. Its been 2 weeks. He's checked back with the business 3 times and still has yet to be paid. BUYERS BEWARE. #oregondcbs

This issue was a miscommunication involving the bank regarding loan funding and payoffs. We explained to the customer that until the bank funds the new car loan we do not pay off the trade in. We have paid off the loan on the trade in and explained it to the customer. We are sorry for the miscommunication and as per the customer, the issue is resolved.
