I have been working with Credit Team USA for a year now. I spent 350.00$ to have two fraudulent accounts removed from my report. ******************* specifies it would not take more then a few months, I believe I've been patient. I did all of the leg work in the fraud claim for the account that is still on my report a few months ago. I can't get an update or a call from them without calling or emailing a dozen times.Business response

To Whom It May ******************************************* retained our service for nine months or until all adverse items were deleted on July 19,2021. ******* received monthly reports giving her the progress status of her case. On October 7th she received her final updated progress report showing all three adverse items had been deleted from her credit file and her case was closed. Several months later another debt collector picked up the account and reposted to her credit files. ******* contacted me and let me know what had happened. I told her typically I would have to charge her to re-open your case and work it. However, because it was the same debt just a different debt collector I told her I would re-open her case at no charge for a few months and see what we could do for her.
On February 17th,2022 we filed a new round of arguments challenging the newly reported adverse information on her credit files. The arguments were denied and we challenged them again on April 6, 2022 and again on May 16th, 2022. ******* was emailed all updated progress reports showing her case was still being worked on. On May 18th she then files a complaint with the BBB and posted 1 star reviews regarding our service on several different online sites.
I spoke with ******* on May 24th explaining I would continue to try and help with her case as long as she would drop her meritless complaint with BBB and take down the 1 star reviews. As of to date the reviews are still posted and the BBB case is still open.Customer response

Only in the face of bad reviews does he suddenly have interest working on my case, as shown in the attachment he'll agree to do the job I paid him 350$ to do only if I take my complaint off. As of today the fraudulent account that I was told he would fix on my report is still there and my credit score is still 150 points less then it was before all of this. The only updates I ever got were auto updates and no response to any of the dozens of emails I sent with questions about my account I will cut my losses and look elsewhere. I can't imagine they will even consider giving me a refund and I'm too tired of his c*** to argue about it. I am done.
