Registered for concert ticket lottery. Instructions advised to register for multiple days and seats to ensure your selection would be awarded. Instructions stated when tickets are announced customer may cancel unneeded ********************. On the day tickets were announced, I requested to cancel extra tickets and am told all sales are final. No phone number available. Emailing with customer service is unproductive. **************** rep said I would have had to cancel on 2/10 but tickets werent announced until 2/14. How would we know which ticket we received and which ones we didnt need on 2/10 if the announcement is t made until 2/14?Business response

There appears to be some confusion with this inquiry. We never received any prior communications regarding this. We have no corresponding records under any of the client information provided here. It seems the client may be trying to contact the wrong company.Initial Complaint

I purchased tickets a few months ago for a phish show in Phoenix. I am unable to attend, and in addition to that they sent the tickets to the wrong address. They are not only not re-issuing the tickets to my rightful address, but they are not responding to any of my emails. While I know refunds are final, Im asking for my tickets to just be re-issued to my current address. I cant do anything with the tickets if I dont even have them. They refuse to respond, and their customer service hotline is not active. I either want my tickets re-issued or a refund for my tickets.Business response

Our website has no affiliation with Premier Tickets Today. We are located in Connecticut while the business in question, based on a ****** search, is located in ******. We believe this complaint has been sent to us in error.
We did search our system via the cardholder's information as a precaution and can confirm there are no orders within our system using the name, email, address or phone number included in the client's complaint.
