Initially, I was interested in purchasing their 2013 Chrysler 300S. I completed an application for financing as a salesperson stated they could finance out-of-state customers. On June 17th we discussed details of the purchase, I was sent an email regarding finance options and I stated that I would probably be able to put a total of $8,000 down on the car with the sale price being $15,124. I signed a document electronically that only showed figures of the cost, how much monthly payments would be if I put a certain amount down. That day, I paid $2,000 with my debit card and informed the salesperson (CJ) that I would need more time to send the rest. I was advised to send the rest of my deposit via money wire. On June 20th, I wired the remaining $6,000 to their bank. Three days later, and before I was presented with any documentation to finalize the deal with their notary, I contacted the dealership expressing my concern and requested that they just reverse the transactions as I did not feel comfortable in finalizing the deal mostly due to the terms of the contract Id be signing, the length of the terms and interest rates. I would need to modify any vehicle that I purchase so I needed to more time to really contemplate the terms. I was told by an individual in the finance department that they would need to wait until the funds were received and theyd simply reverse the transaction to my debit card and would have to mail me a check for the $6000 I had wired to their bank account. This was Friday, June 23. It has now been extremely difficult trying to reach any employees in the finance department and I fear they are trying to keep my money since I decided, before finalizing a deal or taking ownership of the vehicle, that I did not want to proceed. No where on the signed sheet did it specify that a deposit would be non refundable. On Monday, June 26 I noticed that the price of the vehicle has now dropped from $15,124 on June 17th to $11,945. Please help

      *******,

The refunds have been processed. We use a notary service for remote deals to protect the identity of the customers name being used, since we do not meet people face to face. I apologize for the confusion, I have reprimanded the employees involved. We do not sell vehicles like this very often, because they often turn out to not be a deal, as in this case. It is aggravating and a waste of time for you and us. Good luck in your vehicle shopping.

Bought a used 2022 **** F350 CCLB DRW truck from them on October 16th 2022. Was told at the time that Washington was about 6-8 weeks out for plates ( they said ********** had a issue printing license plates. Got a check from the dealer on Dec 28 refunding $336 ( over paid for registration ) for plates and registration. Its now Feb 7th over 17 weeks waiting for plates. They keep telling me its the states issue not theres. When I contact Washington DMV they tell me there is no plate issues and talk to the dealer, that doesnt seem to matter to the dealer. Temporary tags have expired and ********** wont issue one since I dont possess the needed paperwork, dealer wont issue another temporary permit. Sounds like they just pocketed my almost $5000 for taxes and plates, or left it in the bank to draw interest.
