DO NOT BUY. I received a laptop with a different serial number than the box, and the charger was different too. I complain, they say sorry our tec put the wrong one in the box. Okay. Never got the email return label. Call again and get the return label. After printing return label, taking it to ****** I ask when will the correct one be shipped? They say next day. Nope. Called back 3 days later.. I am p*ssed at this point. I needed the laptop last week. I asked if it's been shipped. Ohh of course. It's waiting at a CVS. Signature required. The guy told me he'd send the tracking number. He did not. I ask for a $50 credit for what I went through. They say nope, I'll give you a $10 USB hub. $50 off a $$1000 laptop is 5%. Okay thanks for nothing. The second laptop is what I ordered. Please do business with them if you want to experience this sh*t.Business response

We apologize for the inconvenience of the issue you had, but it looks like you have received the correct item. If there is a change in the address, it is up to the customer to provide the updated address associated with their Amazon account.

Please note: We accept returns if all the original packaging and accessories are included and in new condition without signs of damage, wear, or being opened. If there is damage to a product, packaging with missing accessories, being opened, or signs of wear. We file a Safe-T claim and the customer will need to reach out to the marketplace they made the purchase through, for their refund. This is not necessarily a reflection on the customer, but simply marketplace policy.
If you do not have the original packaging, we will need to arrange the product for a warranty repair.

My husband purchased a product from them on July 11th, for a really good deal. It was a laptop that the original price was $2K, but it was listed on sale for $709. The next day (July 12th), they cancelled the order with no exact reasoning why. Gave 3 different reasons: 1) that the price was too low for the product and shouldn't have been listed that low 2) couldn't deliver to my address (which we have had similar products delivered there before) and 3) wasn't in stock (it was in stock when the order was placed). They are saying we need to purchase the laptop for the $2K pricing and will not give us the deal. The business has been rude and very unhelpful and will not resolve the issue whatsoever. They will not do anything to fix their wrong doing. The only thing they did was a refund for the $709.Order# *******-83436697 from walmart.com, sold and shipped by MichaelElectronics2
