I received an invoice for the amount of $53.00 for "Irrigation Repair" of an irrigation head which I had already paid for a "New" irrigation head and the service just 10 days prior. Because the replacement head, which was supposed to be "new", never worked properly, I contacted the Progress to alert them it was not working. I believe the replacement Irrigation Head was already broken, used or damaged when it was installed just 11 days prior to my call. I was then given the run around as to the charge. First I was told it was "clogged". That is impossible since it's location is in a no traffic area. Then was told I was being charged for a service call and/or mileage. It was not clear. Something never discussed or agreed to. The materials and installation was from Prograss and they should be backing up their materials and workmanship. No one likes to be taken advantage of regarding whether it's $53.00 or 5cents. They clearly don't have integrity, customer service and are robbing their clients.
