I am leasing a car in August 18, 2020 they supposed to have two years to decide to keep the car buy the car or return the car. I went last month to see if they got any cars in inventory to find out if Im gonna return it or keep it and I find out today that supposedly the car is being paid off and return to that Nissan dealership and thats not true so I need to find out why they lied said the car is return when the car still in my possession and I want to buy the car and keep it, but nobody talked to me about it, I just find out through Brain Nissan motors from ***** and his phone # is *************, he told me that car is paid off and return to Nissan and thats not true, the car Still and my Possession and I liked to keep it.Business response

I did call Nissan, on 5/16/2022 and my account is closed, they got the paperwork on 5/11/2022, I cant make my payment yet because, still closed

Good morning, I will like to reopen my problem I have with Nissan, I when yesterday to know what I can do to perches my car and I Talked to a sales person and he was nice and he was going to talked to hes manager *************** and he was going to helped us we way for *********************************************************************************************************** his time the interest rate was to hit and he can not helped us and he said my lease is up and August.
I get home and I call direct to Nissan where I had the loan for my car and they told me that car is pay off theyre going to investigate what happened because I supposed return my car and April and the person I talked to him and he spoke Spanish, that way they can not said was a lenguaje problem.
I hope I can get help and get my problem done I want to buy the car thats all I want, and *************** dont even come over and take to me.Business response
