S***** dealership - they have the WORST **************** and give 0 f**** about you after you buy a piece of s*** car from them. Got a "new" 2021 Nissan Rogue Platnum in 2022 and sold it to me for a HUGE price ($74,000 i believe) later I found out the car is valued at $38,000 at the most... Do not work with you on deals as their big thing is "we do not negotiate" so that they can s**** you in the a** with huge car payments. December of ****************************************************************************** head on causing several severe head, neck, and brain injuries. When attempting to get re-fund documentation from their sales manager (*********************) I was hung up on, signed at continually, rolled eyes when i was there, told me to "stop talking" returned NO phone calls or e-mails and mind you, I was being very nice and just trying to get the information I needed so I could get GAP reimbursement. After 3 weeks of this treatment and significant delays in getting my info - I lost my normally pleasant demeaner. Spoke with their supervisor who told me "I am gonna chew his ***, you are not the only one who he has treated this way. I will work on getting the cancellation documentation sent off today and expedite it as he has not submitted this document!" Which I submitted a week earlier. Heard nothing back after this for 2 days, called in and the cancellation was not even processed yet. Called into their regional sales department and spoke with a supervisor who first was a piece of ****, having me repeat myself 500 times, siging again at me, and telling me that he was "answering my question" when he was not. Requested to speak with someone else as I was completely fed up with their POOR A** ****************. Spoke with ***** who then was able to help me and got me the cancellation documentation right then and there. Due to this severe lack of competence, I have had to pay $2100.00 collectively for a car I am no longer driving. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!Review from Adam L

Bait and switch. They advertised a lease deal on a Rogue with a specific VIN number, 2 different salespeople referenced the same terms (amount down, monthly amount, length and mileage cap). And then the deal didnt pencil out our numbers dont match and they claimed the deal terms were for a different car.Ron Tonkin Nissan Response

I spoke with **** and his wife in regards to the advertisement that was posted in error. As soon as we became aware of the mistake, we immediately removed the advertisement from our website. After discussing *************** with ****, he came back into our dealership and had a pleasant buying experience. We hope that he and his family enjoys their new Rogue and look forward to having them as a customer and friend for years to come.Review from Courtney H

Our experience with this dealership has been incredibly disappointing. Long story short, we spent over 40k on a used Land Rover. I should have taken note that the car was in desperate need of a detail when we test drove it. I assumed based on it's state that it had just come in, but the sales rep told me it had been in their possession for a month. We liked the aesthetic and were pressured by the sales manager who said "it was his last day in that location and he could make us a good deal". In our purchase agreement we identified a few things that would need to get addressed before bringing it home. The car was still in poor shape. When you spend 40k, you expect it to look like it. The detail was done poorly and we had to arrange to bring it back. TThen the breaking issue started. I contacted my sales person at Nissan and they said a service appointment would be scheduled 2 weeks out. I called to confirm the day before my appointment, and guess what- it wasnt scheduled. My car finally got into Land Rover for a full inspection.. They found that all wheels needed new rotors and pads (~3k) they also found that the right front tire had dangerously low thread and a plug on the interior- which is apparently not up to safety standards. Last, Rover found a rodents nest with dead rodents near the engine block/filter. I brought this information back to Nissan hoping they would agree that a proper inspection had not been done prior to sell, and schedule my car for service. I was toldthe state of this car met their standards and they do not intend to complete any of the necessary repairs. I do not intend to stop raising my concerns and have even submitted a claim to the ************************** to review this case. Bottom line, I never would have purchased this car if I was made aware of all these immediate issues. It is very clear a thorough inspection was never completed. The car is not safe for roads and Tonkin Nissan does not care.Review from Norris M

AVOID THIS PLACE... BAIT AND SWITCH PLAYER AND VERY DISHONEST...driving down from the Olympia area we went to look at a vehicle they had advertised for 39,500[CPO 23 ROGUE PLATINUM]. the salesman was very nice. we already put our VIN number on the ****** Blue Book site and saw the trade range being from mid $10,300 to low ****** we figured trying to be around ****** or so was not too much to ask they came back offering LIKE **** for the trade showing us at ****** Blue Book print out saying that they're deriving the information from ***** direct when I had the website up with the ****** Also, buyer beware, when they wrote up the sales proposal from the used car manager the price of the vehicle was switched to ***** + **** for a ceramic coating package another 900 for some clear paint protectant, ***** for an extended warranty even though it was a Nissan CPO... just typical price inflators....So the bait and switch on the price of the sale was pretty apparent and then trying to say they use the same resources and not even listening to the fact that I used the exact same resources in the numbers weren't correct tells me that they were obviously manipulating information to their favor. so the deal looked good until you showed up in person. On our way out I also heard some other people having the same conversation of how they were being treated shady and we're going somewhere else. Also pretty tacky to do an appraisal on the vehicle and move it and then when they give you the keys back after you reject their shady shenanigans and they don't bother to tell you where they relocated the car.needless to say, went to olympia nissan and bought a new.. not used Rogue Platinum for less. way less.I will NEVER recommend GEE Automotive or tonkin auto to anyone. I will also be reporting them accordingly for the blatantly obvious slimy practices.Do better.
