There's such laws that protect buyers that require the seller to infirm buyers of problems. My car I purchased had and has a parasitic drain that was clearly well known prior to the dealership selling me the car. Disclosure of Material Nonconformities requires the dealership to inform the buyer of known issuea with any vehicle prior to sale. Prior to agreeing I made it known and in writing that I wanted the battery issue looked into and that was never done. Nothing else negates your responsibility to inform customers of known issues. You treat customers great until you take their money and then you treat them like they're annoyances when all someone is trying to do is make right a wrong done by the dealership. You can't wash your hands on something we had a legal agreement on in writing. I will be getting my car fixed and may be filing suit thereafter. I would appreciate Wilsonville Subaru or ****** who they contract with stand by their word to don't things right and rebuild their integrity. I expect what was started be finished that they determine the issue of the parasitic draw which clearly began prior to sale. I expect not to be treated like an a annoyance because I know I'm a great person with a great heart and true integrity. Stand by your word and fix the battery issue. This is my last request for you to follow through with what was in the contract. In ******** terms Wilsonville Subaru knowingly sold me a vehicle without disclosing the known issue and failed to fulfill their word as we had on paper in writing and agreed upon with the salesperson who conveniently for then no longer works there.Initial Complaint

On 6/20/2023 we purchased a used car from Wilsonville. The car was stolen on 10/17/2023 and found later that day. We contacted Wilsonville since title and plates had not been received. The car tested positive for drugs and State Farm totalled it. I have been trying to get title from Wilsonville because I can't get paid from State Farm until the car is in our name. As of today title is STILL in ***** registered to ********************************* with *********** financing. The car is sitting in a salvage yard and we have had to continue paying insurance. I filed a claim with their bond company last month and they are lying to the bond company about how soon they will have title.Initial Complaint

My wife and I bought a 2018 Subaru Outback from *********************** at Wilsonville Subaru in December of 2017. We bought a model on the showroom floor which had already been fitted with a lift, larger tires, after market rims, roof rack, etc. We liked the look of the vehicle, but were never told the lift might actually create problems with the car later on. Its now been five years and within that amount of time weve replaced both front axles twice at **** Subaru (we are just about to replace the 4th axle at our own expense). Weve been told by their mechanics that if we dont remove the lift we will keep having the same issues with the axles for the rest of the cars life. Clearly axle failure is a life safety issue. Our teenage daughter will be getting her license soon and we need to have the car safe. Removal of the lift will not be covered under warranty (~2k), the aesthetics of the vehicle will change significantly, and weve already had to buy new wheels and tires in anticipation. Had we known this was possible, we would certainly have chosen another car. When we called the service department a couple of weeks ago they told us they wouldnt do anything for us and that when the car was sold to us they say the salesman should have told us what could happen. He absolutely did not. They said they could schedule a diagnostic (and would charge us $160 to do so). This is a ridiculous response to something thats not our fault. At this point weve suffered a significant loss of time and money. Given that, we asked Wilsonville Subaru to either reimburse the cost of removing the lift, or remove it themselves. They will not respond, and we will be forced to have **** Subaru remove it for us shortly to make the car safe again.
