      My journey with Wilsonville Toyota started on Sat 6/29. I spotted a used 4Runner on the lot. Nearing the time of upgrade of my current 4R, I spent Saturday going over numbers and then letting the staff know that I would return Sunday to let my wife look over the car and $ numbers We returned on Sun with the 4Runner VERY much still available. Spent a couple hours going over numbers, but with a very hungry kid we took a break and said we would return in a hour to complete our deal. While we were gone another party walked in a began the process of potentially buying the car. We sat for another hour waiting to see if the person was going buy the vehicle (they did). I understand this is a business, but negotiations in good faith were trampled on. Our salesperson, Kaleb, was outstanding, helpful, and understanding. His sales mgr, ****, thats another story. He talked down to my wife, telling her I guess you learned a ******* I spoke with him. And I guess, at least he was honest in our conversation - telling me Well I have to run a business here and we have lots of people talk about buying a car, but dont. and She drove 2 hours to look at the vehicle. Wow - me too!All you had to do was have ANY staff call us, when we left and we wouldve said yes or no in an instant. ***** did call us when he returned from his lunch and we said yes!! Immediately. But, apparently his reach out to us was too late. Per conversation after returning we were told since we left the property, we were no longer 1st in line to purchase the car - good to know AFTER the fact.**** just didnt care about doing the right thing.I would work with ***** again in a heartbeat. But honestly, that might be a difficult task if sales manager **** is walking the floor. Just remember, ***** title is sales manager, not customer service manager. **********************: dont tell people how much you care about their experience and then pull a move like this. Not a good look. Not at all.

      Our family has now purchased or leased 6 vehicles from Wilsonville Toyota and have a complete peace of mind knowing that we are going to get the best price without having to shop around, and get great customer service. @****** has been such a good salesman for us that without hesitation, we refer all our friends and family to him.We recently experienced a total loss on a vehicle and called JSP to replace the vehicle. He worked hard to find us the right car that fit our prior budget, and even went above and beyond to ensure our new vehicle had all the features we had in our lost vehicle.Although our accident was traumatic for our family and stressful to deal with, we were so happy that not only did our Toyota perform excellently in protecting our family in the accident itself, including our 6 year old, but the process to replace our vehicle was as stress free as you can imagine with the great customer care provided by JSP and ************************* are a ********************** forever family, and would fly into ****** just to deal with JSP and Wilsonville Toyota for all our vehicle needs in the future, even if we found ourselves living in a different state.

      Friendly, knowledgeable and professional with a few laughs. It's like being with family. Been dealing with Wilsonville Toyota for year's. Can't say anything bad.. We've bought many vehicles and had repairs done along with just stopping in to say hey. Everyone at this dealership has a smile and is willing to help in every way possible??From sales to upper management and service and part's.. thank you. Been to other dealerships that could careless that we were even there. That's why we keep coming back to Wilsonville Toyota... even to just browse the lot or chat with everyone.Again ??       I recently visited Wilsonville Toyota to inquire about the purchase of the new Land Cruiser. The purpose of this communication to document my concerns about inappropriate business practices by the sales staff. I was told that the dealership would not sell me a vehicle unless I purchased the extended warranty and other additional items in an effort to upsell and price ***** my potential purchase. NOT GONNA HAPPEN!I informed the Sales Manager that this tactic was highly inappropriate as well as potentially criminal in nature. If the motto is "NO BULL", then certainly this motto is PURE BULL. There is nothing more distasteful then having someone insult your intelligence and try to extort your purchase by telling you that they will not sell you a vehicle unless you pay for unwanted items.This dealership should be ashamed of their behavior and I will never visit the dealership again. I will not recommend that anyone I know give this dealership the time of day. I have gone elsewhere with my business and you should as well, unless you want "EXTREME AND COMPLETE BULL" Buyer beware...

      The dealership caused damage to my vehicle, and the process of filing a claim through a third party to cover the damage has been slow and recently denied. Its been about six weeks, and there is no clear path forward to remedy the situation in a mutually acceptable way (due to the distance and time required to travel out of state).We purchased a 2024 RAV4 and the Ceramic Paint and Interior Protector (a product /insurance from Ethos). The dealership sold the product as an all-encompassing interior and exterior protection package (e.g., if my dog chewed on the seats, it would be covered). After purchasing the vehicle, we drove it from the delivery bay to the service bay for immediate installation. A week later, we picked up the vehicle after the product had been applied. While the vehicle was parked and we were out of town, we returned to find the word SOLD burned into the dash on the passenger side. We had it inspected by a local dealership, which recommended replacement. We contacted the purchasing dealership and have been slow-rolled through the process with no clear path forward over the past six weeks. We were told we had to return to the purchasing dealership for the dash replacement, or it would be covered by any Ethos-authorized service center. At the time of purchase, the purchasing dealership informed us that all Toyota dealerships were included, but we found this to be untrue because the local dealership is not an authorized service center for Ethos as they sell a similar but different product. Recently, the purchasing dealership informed us that ***** denied the claim due to an open claim from Toyota regarding not putting substances on the dash that might cause it to burn. This leads me to believe this is a known manufacturer issue, but the dealership was unwilling to elaborate. The purchasing dealership had previously offered to replace the dash and is currently offering to attempt to fix it as much as they can.I do not recommend this dealership!

      This is hands down the most dishonest group of people I have ever had the misfortune of working with. They sold me a truck for $53k cash. The engine blew up less than a year later after a slew of problems. They sold me a $2500 warranty, and the warranty company said they couldnt cover the truck because it was previously modified. Toyota refused to help in any way. I strongly recommend you do business elsewhere

      We are sorry that you have had to deal with service needs over the last 2-3 years on your truck. As previously discussed the issue with the warranty was that it was cancelled before a claim was worked on. After many conversations with the General Manager and payment was made to "fix the issue" that was diagnosed by another Toyota dealer in a different state. It seems the vehicle was mis-diagnosed at the other Toyota dealer and it was very transparent that after paying over $1,000 for this work as goodwill it would be on the other dealer if there was any further issue.
