In regards to **************** complaint for work done on his 2011 **** SUPERDUTY from September of 2022.
This work was not $4000.00 it was $2891.00. This was for wiring issues to transmission and transfer case, along with a new drive shaft and hub replacement. Including some misc. ac work. Customer was notified at the time that this damage was caused by the nature of how the vehicle is used on a large Ranch and is abused so we cannot warranty the work.
Through the 5 years that they have been customers they have been treated as valued customers. They were given fair pricing and honest answers to work that needed to be or was done. We have towed their vehicles in for FREE on many many occasions. Without complaint.
When the customer called us sometime after the first part of this year. He expected us to drop everything and help him immediately. When he was told that we could not at the time, he was demanding that we take care of him under warranty at that moment. It was explained to him that we could not get vehicle and we would not warranty it as previously discussed. Also shortly after of this repair last year in Sept his wife verbally accosted us and our employees outside in parking lot of our business for a separate issue. She used very fowl language demanding to not pay for a repair. Of course this issue was resolved and fixed at NO CHARGE as we would normally due unless customer is told in advance that it is not a warrantied repair. So after this altercation in September we informed ************** that we will no longer be doing work from them due to the unprofessional way we were treated by his wife. Never once did we receive an apology for this incident by his wife, if so maybe we would have tried to help and work something out. We have always been about helping people but not if we are going to treated with disrespect.
So the information provided above is false and misleading as he did not provide the correct information or all the information . He is free to have his opinion and take his cars to whom ever he feels. He can try and justify his and his wife's actions all they want by blaming others . We however can look ourselves in the mirror everyday without reservation . You can also ask any one of the **** customers we have and they will tell you a different story about who we are and what we do to help the people and fellow business's in our community.
