Direct Placement has been in business since 2011. We are *********************** have a rating of A+ with the BBB, and are a veteran owned company. Sometimes when a person misunderstands or simply disagrees with a cancellation policy, they get frustrated and say negative things about a company. This happened recently. The director of operations reached out to call this person in an effort to resolve the concern and work through it. The person seemed to refuse to understand that most if not all companies have cancellation policies. The person informed the director of operations that they were going to spread as much negative comments on every social media platforms they can. It is a guess that this is likely the first review from them.
Direct Placement's cancellation policy is quite simple: Contact us seven business days prior to the account recur date. Seven days is required for just this reason, so that we can ensure our clients will not be charged again. This person did not do so.
All of the Terms and Agreement (which state clearly the cancellation policy, along with all other terms) are provided to all clients at the time of account creation, sent via email and hard copies are also sent via USPS.
Know what we are doing: A company must be vetted over a long period of time before ****** will recognize the company as a partner. Like ****** or not, a company must "know what they are doing" to become recognized as a partner. All of the account managers that work on our client accounts are ****** Certified and had to pass tests on a regular basis to be certified and to keep their certifications.
This is obviously an unfortunate situation. We wish this person all the best in their future.
