          On April 5, 2021, Better Business Bureau was alerted  to a business operating as Ampm of Woodburn. This business is a mini-mart and Arco fuel station located at 10618 Crosby Road NE Woodburn, Oregon 97071. Consumers allege Ampm of Woodburn does not advertise their fuel prices, and they do not know the price per gallon until gas has been dispensed into their vehicles, then they are presented with a receipt.  Consumers report this is an unfair business practice as other nearby fuel stations advertise their prices and charge significantly less per gallon.

          On April 15, 2021, and April 28, 2021, BBB reached out to Ampm of Woodburn regarding the consumer complaints, but to date has not received a response.

          Complaints can be filed with Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.org as well as with the Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Protection at  https://www.doj.state.or.us/consumer-protection/consumer-complaints/.
